I've always had a hand me down from my family and never bought one online that was preowned as I am always thinking its going to have problems with it. I must say that this changed my mind, $250? That seems like a good deal to me. Box came a little banged up but that's expected, screen was excellent (no scratches or chips), battery life is great too (been about a day and a half now) though I'm not using it heavily, and the camera is amazing and of course it an unlocked phone which is a must for me.

I'm so happy with this phone! Having the potion to purchase a verified unlocked high quality phone at a discounted price is unbeatable. 10/10 camera quality

I do understand that the device is refurbished but the quality was kind of bad from the begging. The brightness in the screen that was used is too much, and idk if it was coincidence or what but I got on the airplane and a black lined appear on the side of the screen about half inch wide

For this price is a decent phone. Never liked Samsung, but had to get one for work, and I love it, especially the camera

Reliable phine works really well. If you have teenagers also a good phone for them. It works fast like a mini computer and the storage is good too. What I also like is how the battery keeps track of its own heat for a cool down.

So far it seems like a good phone. Like anything new, there is a learning curve that I'm working through. It would be nice if Samsung or Best Buy had some tutorials on the setup and use of their phones.

Looks brand new. Works great! Very clean pictures. Unfortunately, it was stolen. It was a gift for my mom and she forgot it in a restaurant and when we went back they said they didn't see it!

Great overall phone and solid replacement for my Galaxy S8. Long battery life and solid hardware. This phone was dropped several times with no obvious signs of damage. Love the android system and easy connection to my other devices. I also learned how to use my storage as VRAM and that made a world of difference. Great phone!

Great phone. I honestly didn’t really think it was going to be in such a great condition but for the price it’s great. The only thing I dislike is that mine was locked with Verizon but the phone clearly says it’s unlocked.

Works perfectly, clear sound, plenty of storage space, takes beautiful pictures, thin not bulky, easy to hold in hand. I was hesitant about purchasing a refurbished phone but I'm completely satisfied.
