Never expected the phone to look this good.Excellent shape so far,battery wise is 100% and no issues since I receive it.Hope it stays that way and my daughter is happy for it.

The phone came a bit cracked but other than that it works well

I received my Galaxy S10 Plus quickly thru the store and was happy that the phone looked very good and worked great in the short time I had it. But I noticed quickly that the phone had a batterie that no longer could hold a charge. I recharged several times for days as recommended at the batterie store and a Verizon store, but nothing changed. With minimal settings and only used for a few text msg the phone charge would go down within 1 day. You could watch the charge go down every hour. I never tried to see how fast the charge would go down if you use the phone on the internet? My old Galaxy 4 last all week with one charge if not used. The Best Buy store was not able to assist with changing the Batterie, so I had to return the phone. I went ahead and ordered another phone just like it and hope someone will check the battery quality before sending it out. After all, even used, the phone cost still over $400.00 incl tax.

great price (though it's kind of crazy the difference in price the color of the phone makes), better than financing thru a telecompany. Ryan at the Tikatnu Best Buy was beyond helpful as I kept getting sent Verizon prepaid phones so had to go through 3 orders to get the correct product. But he stepped in after the first two wrong orders in order to make sure everything went ok. Definitely very helpful since the online support wasn't really that great and couldn't get the situation ironed out without going into the store.

Great camera for my dad easier to use than his older phone decent price for what you get S10 Plus

Phone was in great condition, had some problems with using it with straight talk, but almost fixed the problem.

No idea how I got this phone in perfect condition. I needed a spare phone at an affordable price and luckily BB had this gem in stock and in my city. No scratches on the front or back. Came with charger and USB-C cord in a generic box.

Works perfectly and unlike the first one that i bought that was locked to Verizon this one is actually unlocked. Very minor scratches above the ear piece but in great shape other than that. Samsung just updated it to Android 12. No complaints. Purchased at $399. Best Buy has since raised price to $449. A 3 year old used phone is not worth $450. Just purchased a new Galaxy S22 Ultra. Best Buy offered a $50 trade in on a phone they are selling for $449. I'd be embarrassed.

I checked reviews before buying and i was not sure to get it..but i decided to take that risk..and honestly i love this phone its super easy to get all the information from your old phone quality of picture are so good i am really happy..!!

Definitely one of my favorite older versions of the Galaxy. It is super affordable, compared to newer models, and works just as great as any other galaxy device. It may seem like an older phone but i honestly prefer this version instead of the note or the s23plus. Both are too big and the only real obvious upgrade is the camera. I have never been unhappy with this version expecially the size.

I already have a 10 plus and my husband said it was OK for me to get a new one and he could have mine. But then the sales guy told me he had a10 plus refurbished in the back! FTW! I not only did not need to spend mega bucks but i got to keep my phone AND get him the phone I love!

Slow, fails to send text messages, sometimes will not charge...very dissapointed with this item.
