I like this phone because it’s have a good camera and also have a good battery life

I really hate these experience buying your refurbish item. The phone came looking like they took it out of the trashcan. The pen didn’t work. The battery Terry overheats. How come you cannot catch these problems. Why would you advertise in excellent condition when he’s really garbage conditions. Really, disappointed. I ended up buying an iPhone at the Apple Store. Place you can trust and you can actually get a deal on iPhone. With my military discount.

Nice size and good quality. The processor is fast and pictures are very clear. This is a good unlocked refurb phone. I plan on buying at least 1 or 2 more.

the box was just white and very plain. I thought it would be in a Samsung box

Like new condition worked with the carrier that the description said it would. Couldnt be happier!!!! You saved my daughters birthday as the one i bought of amazon firts was not anything near what they said it was supposed to be. I wont be using anyone other than you from now on!!!

The phone was nice until it fell out of my pocket. The screen shattered into pieces which was unusual. Took it in for repair estimate and found that it had an aftermarket screen. I guess that's what I get for investing in a reconditioned phone.

No software, not even a clock, calculator nothing. I gave it to my son and bought a new one... and not from Best Buy because it the worst i have ever made in a phone.
