My points of view this phone is like the best phone I have ever buy

My husband loves his new phone great camera quality and lots of storage. And battery life excellent.

I really appreciate the product. It's great and looks exactly like the company has described. I just experienced some little glitch when i am communication. Overall I am satisfied

I returned it just because I found the size was not for me, it was too big to me to keep using everyday, but the quality was really impressive. I can recommend it.

I had been shopping for several weeks for this phone. I bought and had to return another refurbished same model from a different retailer. I am so happy to have gotten this one from Best Buy. The phone is in spectacular condition and has no issues. Im enjoying it every day.

Phone did not work. When I tried to set it up I receilved the following message:"Samsung temporarily disabled because it was reported as lost or there is an outstanding balance due for failure to meet trade-in-terms...." Thre customer service was very good and the return process was easy but still a big waste of my time.

This device was advertised as “refurbished - excellent condition,” but what I received falls well below even “fair condition” standards. The phone is covered in numerous scuffs and scratches, showing clear signs of heavy use over an extended period. Based on its appearance, this device looks like it was used roughly for several years, not carefully refurbished to excellent standards. I expected a device that was professionally restored with minimal cosmetic wear, as “excellent condition” typically implies. Instead, I received what appears to be a heavily worn phone with no evidence of proper refurbishment. This is a significant misrepresentation of the product’s actual condition. Not recommended unless you’re comfortable with a phone that shows extensive wear and tear despite being marketed otherwise.
