Great drive, horrible pricing in 2026

I want to start by saying I paid $919.99 for this drive in early Jan 2026. At that price, this drive made sense. At current prices, unless you have a really specific AI/video editing workload, there are better value SSDs. I tested 14,000MB/s read and 13,000MB/s write in my PCIE Gen5 M.2 slot on a threadripper 7000 motherboard; as fast as this drive can go.
I would recommend this to a friend
