Yo, this thing is really amazing! I’m a YouTube video producer making woodworking and educational videos, my channel is C_Love1, and I capture and produce my content on only mobile iOS devices. This little thing is so so useful and user friendly and has freed up tons of space on my devices. The transfer is quick, app is super simple to use, and it doesn’t seem to consume hardly any power at all. I’m literally about to order another one right meow. Check out my channel.

I bought an iXpand drive for both my wife and me. We have used them for several months now, and find their use to be easy and intuitive. This drive works smoothly with our iPhones, and gives us an enormous amount of external capacity. I have all of my MP3 music on this drive, and will play it from the drive. This drive plugs into the Lightning connector on the iPhone, which prevents having one's iPhone plugged into a Lightning charger simultaneously, so ensure that your iPhone has a good amount of remaining charge. I highly recommend this product.

Praying found this scandisk easy to use and I am pleased with the amount it holds. I did think it was a little pricey, though but did my research as well as chatted with a Best Buy customer service person.

Great for photos and movies and backup of social media and contacts. iPhones have limited accessibility to other files. Requires learning a new app and it’s limits. I have purchased several for my use. Camera backup is limited when sharing with a pc as apple files are not compatible and requires a third party app to convert. Video shot in high res is not convertible to pc.

I was searching for something to backup files, photos, music, basically any kind of file on my phone. This is great. You just clip it into your charging port, download the app and it recognizes your files. You can copy anything onto it for backup or to transfer to another device. Works great. I didn’t give it all 5s only because I have some issues with my joints and the port on the usb device is a little difficult at times to release and plug in with my fingers. Personal problem I know but I just wish it was more flexible.

Ixpands are great to use with transferring your phone pictures to your computer or uploading music from your computer to the iXpand to load to your phone. Or you can load movies on it to have on your phone or keep them on the iXpand, plug it into your phone and watch them. I highly recommend the Ixpand. My only complaint is that I ordered it on Dec 11th and have been advised for several days that it’s “going to arrive today”. Hope it comes soon!

Bought this device for my iPhone XR. I was upgrading to a new phone however had run out of cloud storage and was scared to lose all of my photos and data. This device made it easy with it step-by-step software app that is downloaded from the App Store. The app gives you step-by-step instructions on how to start the data transfer process. The data transfer can take several minutes to a couple of hours depending on how much data you have that needs to be transferred. My recommendation is to start the transfer and leave your device in do not disturb out so that there are no interruptions that could cause the transfer to stop and have to start over. Once the date it was backed up, transferring it over to my new phone upgrade was quick and easy with the same application download it on the new phone. The price is a bit high, however for the peace of mind that it provides that all your data is backed up, it’s definitely worth it! This device allowed me to back up photos and documents I had stored in my phone. There were other options for back ups however those were the only two that I use on my own. I would definitely recommend it!

its very efficient and easy to use. just plug it in and the app will automatically back up your pictures. another advantage is you can have your social media backup automatically as well. its a great alternative storage space to my 16gb iphone.

due to limited space on my ipad, purchase this for travel long haul to another country and qurantine for weeks , filled up with 200gb of movies and music, and found this a good mate for the ipad and travel with given it's small size. back up contents from ipad are easy.

A must have to back up your photos and everything else from your iPhone. Easy to use and retrieve from. I have several of these and use some to back up the back up! Excellent buy and even more when they're on sale!

The ease of use it pretty easy to figure out when you down load the app. So many people should use this instead of iCloud to back up you’re phone especially if you don’t have a apple computer. This is great for backing up the iPhone.

I bought this to back up over 14,000 photos and videos on my iPhone 6. Worked exactly as I needed it to. The overall back-up process took a while, through, because I had so many pic/vids to copy. But that’s not a complaint about the product...merely my trigger happy finger!

This is a perfect accessory to spare your iPhone/iPad storeage space and allow you to stream when not connected to a network (download movies to it and you don't have to worry about your flight not having wifi or having it but it being broken). Durable, discrete, and a must-have accessory.

The problems: no caps and no way to secure ( to ring, etc) Otherwise, simply wonderful

Great backup drive. Save your money in buying larger storage iphones and use this. With the new IOS this you can use this like an actually usb in the computer. I take pictures & videos and it saves them directly to the drive bypassing the iPhone storage. Software can get a little tricky at times.

I have loaded music files on the device and use when traveling. My iPad has no ‘cellular’ capability. This flash drive circumvents that limitation (wherever wi-fi is unavailable)!
