About this product

Taking a Catskills cabin to write in isolation, wannabe fright filmmaker Fred Banks (Josh Ruben, who wrote and directed) delightedly discovered that his neighbor was the popular horror novelist Fanny Addie (Aya Cash). With the advent of a power outage, the two challenged one another to swap elaborate scary stories-but as insecurities, jealousies and betrayals start to surface, perhaps more than time will be killed. Clever dark comedy also stars Chris Redd, Rebecca Drysdale. 104 min. Widescreen; Soundtrack English.

    Campfire Tales in a Cabin

So happy that Shudder supports films to get a physical release. Netflix could really learn a thing from them. Scare Me is a classic happy and dark horror storytelling bit that goes pretty much where you expect it to. A fun night for sure.

    Okay movie

Not bad for a night in but I would recommend renting on Amazon before purchasing, depending on the price.
