I assembled this thing in like 10 minutes. This chair is comfortable, padded, and good quality BUT the specs of the chair for both "headrest" and "recliner" are very misleading. There is only a padded backrest so I don't know what they classify as a headrest. There is clearly not enough room to rest your head when sitting properly. Also, a recliner should allow the backrest component to pivot separately from the chair, but this chair only rocks back. So not sure how they classify a recliner either.

I ordered this chair online. It arrived early, it was very simple and easy to assemble. I love the comfort and support. It is the best Office Chair I have ever owned. The fact that I could assemble it by myself was Awesome. Good job Best Buy.

I very much enjoy this chair it is comfortable for extended periods of time and it was relatively easy to put together without assistance (our beagle did supervise me but contributed no meaningful assistance) I purchased the chair on sale, BB got it to my home in a timely manner and as said, after several weeks of use, I find it comfortable to work from I am glad I made this purchase

I work from my home office, I usually stay around 10 hours working. I am so happy I acquired this chair, I never more have backache and the chair is great in the summer and in the winter. I am very happy.

It’s comfortable overall but a little stiff at the same time. I prefer to add a mini pillow with it for my back problems but it’s better than most chairs

Not to shabby for a desk chair I prefer desk chair over gaming chairs just cause they more comfortable on the booty for those long gaming hours

This office chair is perfect for low desk clearance and limited roll space. Very comfortable to sit. Well made and easy to clean.

This chair is excellent. It's so comfortable. I have never owned a chair this comfortable. It adjusts different heights, it rolls with ease, and you can recline way back, or rock. I can actually lay my head on the chair back and watch TV or fall asleep watching lol. It also spins with ease. Its made sturdy and durable. Putting it together was easy, The top part of the chair is a bit tricky, but if you follow the pictures in the manual, it will go together well. I love this chair and I am so happy I bought it. I highly recommend it.

This is a great office chair! I'm 5'10 & 200+lb This chair back height is just right and comfortable & the seat width is roomy and well cushioned. The padded arm rest is a bonus. Overall this office chair is sturdy, comfortable & looks great. I do recommend getting it!

Arrived packaged well. Pretty easy to assemble. Comfy chair and no complaints so far. Preferred fabric over faux leather. Came back for another so my other other college student was comfortable studying too. I think the price is great!

It was fairly easy to set this chair up when it arrived. It's also quite comfortable. The fabric has held up to daily use so far. (It's a suede-like fabric that actually feels pretty cool.) All in all, this is one of my favorite purchases of the year so far.

Bought this for my mother's home office. Very comfortable chair. Good support. High quality material. Its a bit expensive, but you're paying for the quality.

We purchased 5 of these chairs for our office. They are very plush and comfortable especially on the lumbar. The color is much darker in person that the photo online. Only complaint is that the chair does not descend low enough to fit under the keyboard tray area. Makes typing a bit difficult but not enough for us to return these.

This chair is probably one of the best I have ever sat in. It has a great amount of firmness to it, while at the same time a very soft feel. The chair also allows you to lean back fairly far, this definitely comes in handy when you want to put your feet up and relax.

The chair arrived on expected arrival date. It was pretty easy to assemble. The chair is now used every day, hrs at a time and is holding up perfectly fine. No rips or tears yet or broken/weakens areas. Still very comfy.

This chair is very sturdy and super comfortable. I am a heavy guy and very supported in this chair. Easy to set-up in under 10 minutes, comes with the tools you need.

The chair is very good. The nasty surprise I discovered about having to have to pay 200 in something to have your team put it together for me was not. I hired a handyman for much less. Also, it should have come with instructions on assembling the chair.

For the price, this chair is amazing. The cushions on the arms is a big deal too. Im a little small so i can fit both my legs on the seat in any position i like. My only negative opinion on this chair is that theres no head rest or extension but you can see that before buying it.
