I’ve had this mattress for a little over a year now and it’s still just as comfortable as the day I brought it home. It’s the exact level of firm I’d been searching for and it doesn’t concave over time to the shape of your body like other memory foam mattresses. I’ve been super impressed with this the whole time I’ve had it.

This Serta mattresses is wonderful, after 5 spine surgeries, 4 back surgeries, 3 shoulder surgeries this mattresses is the best thing i ever purchased. It is definitely the best nights sleep ive hade in 5 years

A good nights rest is more than laying down and waking up again. My new Serta Sheep DreamS is replacing my 18 year old Serta Sleeper. I didn't realize the old was getting less comfortable till I slept on the new Serta gel mattress. One thing I miss, the old had a special outer edge bolster that allowed me to sit in the mattress edge. This kept the edge from becoming worn. The new memory foam doesn't have that kind of support. I prefer a firm mattress. The Serta Sheep Dreams is slightly less firm, but does support my weight. I couldn't believe it came in a box 2'x2'4'. I herd something rattling around as I carried the mattress boed up to the bedroom. Serta even included an envelope razor to unleash the mattress from its plastic wrap cocoon. The mattress regained it full 12-inch height. I gave it a few hours before I tried it out. The matress comes in a protective zippered cover. The instructions say to wipe off with a damp cloth when cleaning is required. I have a mattress topper which extends the life of the bedding as well as being able to be laundried. Hard to put a prie on a good night's sleep.

I was skeptical about the “bed in a box” concept - but I am SO impressed with this mattress! Once opened and unsealed, the mattress was ready to use within about 20 minutes. It is just the right firmness - not too hard, not too soft. Great for someone with back problems. The 12” was definitely a good choice as all my fitted sheets fit. After sleeping on this mattress for a few weeks now, I am absolutely thrilled! So comfortable, so easy to set up. My only caveat with this mattress - it is much lighter than my previous mattress (in total weight) and tends to move around very easily, especially when making the bed. I placed a large piece of flannel underneath the mattress - between the mattress and box spring - and that helped out a lot. Overall - total 10/10! I hope this mattress lasts a long while and I expect it to. So comfortable!

This had been the biggest game changer for my lower back problems. My range of motion has increased significantly and I'm getting the best sleep in years. I no longer wake up in the middle of the night in pain or at all. This mattress will keep you asleep all night.

Oddly enough, I never thought I’d get a mattress from best buy lol BUT it has been the most comfortable mattress I have ever owned and I am obsessed. I paired it with my adjustable bed base and on my lazy days it is hard to get me out of that thing because I’m just too comfortable.

I waited a year to review this mattress because every new mattress is nice, but does it stay that way? And I’m happy to say: this one does! I wanted a firm bed and that’s exactly what it is, but still somehow after just moments on its surface it feels like the familiar comfort of slipping on your favorite pair of shoes. The hybrid construction of this Serta combined with the soft, yet durable materials that don’t sag or droop a year later checks all the boxes for me. ✅

The bed is very comfortable and the foam is very high quality

I would probably give it 4.5 stars for comfort and affordability. I recently bought another mattress on Amazon that was extremely uncomfortable—it was also a Hybrid. And while I determined I wanted a true memory foam mattress, I also decided to go with a trusted name. And for the most part, I am happy with this purchase.

We received our mattress yesterday and last night's sleep was literally, the BEST night's sleep I've had in years! I have arthritis and muscle and spine issues along with a bad neck due to a car accident, so getting comfy is a challenge for me. Not on this bed! It supported my entire body and I didn't wake up stiff, which is MAJOR for me. As a woman who deals with daily chronic pain, this is a game changer! Note: I and my partner are side sleepers.

The firmness is there and i think the cooling gel kinda helps with the body heat but it's summer time right now and I've my ac on so can't really tell, have to see how it lasts over the years coming from an spring pillow top mattress which i loved and it comes in a box which makes it an breeze to move

After researching fiberglass-free options this Serta mattress made sense. It weighed less than expected and inflated to size quickly, and was able to be used the same night. I sleep great now! Highly recommend if you are considering.

Set it up on a bed stand and box spring too. Huge bed set up. This thing is awesome. Firm with just the right give. Got the bedgear air-x mattress protector on top and put another Serta one upside and around to stop dust and other allergens/germs. This thing is the BEST mattress I have been on ever. It is borderline oversized though so not every queen size sheet will fit as much as you might want. I like it when they can wrap underneath the mattress. It’s the best mattress I have been on that is for sure.

The quality of the mattress is great! It was exactly what we were looking for.

Its is soft but not to soft. Its a huge upgrade from what I had. No complaints here!

Nice and semi firm. It immediately deflated as soon as I took it out the wrapping. I no longer have back aches in the morning.
