This chair looks nice - it's black - and not overly huge and bulky. I find it very comfortable and sturdy. I am a fairly heavy person, so the weight it supports was important to me. I love the way it sits me up straight. You can also loosen the tension so the back leans or rocks back if you wish. The arms are cushioned and feel really good. I love the way the height of the seat is easily adjusted - my husband likes it lower than I do. The seat and back cushioning is nice. The only thing I would like better is if the seat were just a bit deeper from front to back - that would help with leg support. But it's still comfy, and the front of the seat is well cushioned and gently slopes down so my circulation doesn't get cut off. Glad we purchased it.

The chair itself is comfortable and easily put together. The only issue I have is that it took over a month to ship. I placed my order on June 2nd so I could give it to my dad for Father's day as the expected arrival date was June 15th. Father's day came and went and I contacted Best Buy several times to get a more accurate shipping date, or to cancel the order. I was told I could not cancel the order as it was already processed. It finally shipped on July 14th. Needless to say I was less than thrilled at how long it took to arrive, but the chair is as you'd expect.

Chair was easily assembled and instructions were easy to follow. No issues with any of the parts, as all worked properly and fit. Comfortable to use

I haven’t had this item for a year yet, and the arms are falling apart! The leather is peeling and falling off! This chair is not made with materials or craftsmanship.
