[Employee of bestbuy] I use this product when I feel knotts in my neck. The heat is a nice touch because I am cold all the time. There are a few different patterns the massage rollers will go. I recommend purchasing and testing out yourself.

It works ok but really only able to keep in one spot due to the rigid u shape. Would love to be able to move around the neck and back a little easier.

Works real well on neck, has heat which is amazing, relevies uour pain fast

Very easy to use!! Perfect handling straps for the hands to move massager n control it!! Not heavy. Good material!! Really helps n dirs great massages!! Highly recommend

Got this because wife wanted it. Have had a few of these over the years. She says its the best one so far and uses it a couple times a week over the past month. Gets warm enough and she likes it, so we are keeping it.

I've had two cervical fusions and my neck gets sore easily so I got this in hopes it would help relieve some of the pain and I must say it certainly does. Love that it has heat which helps with the massaging. I wish I had gotten something like this a long time ago

Great cordless massager. Battery lasts for a good while and the massage strength can be adjusted. Also has a toggle for heat.

The combination of heat and shiatsu massage provides a convenient solution to neck and shoulder stiffness and tightness. The fabric handles allow increased pressure and intensity wherever needed.

It feels good but just wish it massage the side as well

Better than expected. Heat option helps. Could be a little stronger.

This is a great product. Highly recommend. Applies heat and massages those deep spots you just can't seem to get to.

This product is fine. I like the fact you can adjust to different areas around your neck and shoulders

This has worked perfect for what I need and as an item that’s rechargeable, the batteries seem to last a while before needing to be charged.

It’s nice and really helped with my neck pain. It was a little pricey but overall I enjoy wearing it and it does help.

I purchased this neck massager for less than 50% of its retail price and it is soooo nice! Highly recommend this product!

I like using this on the plane. The battery lasts quite a long time of use.

I would not recommend for daily use, but definitely works for when your neck is stiff or sore.

Maggages well and all settings are good, recommend this unit.

Great massage for neck and shoulder i really enjoyed it and I am happy to have it.

It was excellent, but it was a gift for my husband so he wanted it to be a little wider for his neck. I returned it as it was a gift for him and he wasn't satisfied with it. The rest of the family tried it out and liked it.
