I use this product when I feel knotts in my neck. The heat is a nice touch because I am cold all the time. There are a few different patterns the massage rollers will go. I recommend purchasing and testing out yourself.

It works ok but really only able to keep in one spot due to the rigid u shape. Would love to be able to move around the neck and back a little easier.

I've had two cervical fusions and my neck gets sore easily so I got this in hopes it would help relieve some of the pain and I must say it certainly does. Love that it has heat which helps with the massaging. I wish I had gotten something like this a long time ago

Got this because wife wanted it. Have had a few of these over the years. She says its the best one so far and uses it a couple times a week over the past month. Gets warm enough and she likes it, so we are keeping it.

Great cordless massager. Battery lasts for a good while and the massage strength can be adjusted. Also has a toggle for heat.

It was excellent, but it was a gift for my husband so he wanted it to be a little wider for his neck. I returned it as it was a gift for him and he wasn't satisfied with it. The rest of the family tried it out and liked it.
