This chair has a great value for an ergonomic chair. Good quality and comfort while seating. Only downside would be the armrests if you tend to only leave your elbows on the rest

This chair is appropriately comfortable for long periods of time working if you work in your computer frequently. The seat is soft, not too big and you can adjust the high, so you don't need to be incredible taller to seat comfortable with this chair.

The SIHOO B100 has been a noticeable upgrade for my home setup. The zoned back support provides excellent lower back alignment, and the wide 2D headrest makes a big difference when leaning back during longer work sessions. Assembly was straightforward, and the chair feels sturdy and well-built. The white and mesh design also gives it a clean, modern look. Highly recommended if you spend long hours at a desk.

The seat is narrow and stiff, not a lot of give on the mesh. If you're going to sit for long periods of time i suggest looking for another chair, because youll be feeling pressure on your tailbone with this one.
