Love the look and solid wood and color is perfect (warm/golden brown). However first box was severely busted up and you see 4layers of types of tape on it. The stand it's self was splintered in multiple pieces. Second stand was perfect shape. Once together, center front top was splitting within the piece of wood and and the very front of center was splintered and dented in multiple spots. Now waiting on my third cabinet to replace the splintered top.... maybe third time is the charm????

Nice stand but damaged

Would have been a great stand if it didn’t have so many cracks, chips, damage to black surfaces. I have photos with about ten areas that required me to cover them up.

The TV stand did not fit together well even after one replacement. The crew that put it together did a poor job; did not use necessary screws etc.

Poor customer service

The furniture came mislabeled. The box was damaged and came wrappef up in plastic. The TV stand carries 6 knobs only 4 came in the box. Best Buy customer service rep. stated it was a manufacturer issue. Contacted the company and they stayed it was Best Buy issue and they dont have the knobs in stock. This has been a nightmare.
