Its peak california summer and my central ac not working, so bought this as backup and this is even better than central ac. its easy to setup and cools bedroom very fast. its portable so you can move anywhere, it doesn’t take much electricity and very nice. i am very happy.

I bought this up after my bedroom AC started struggling during one of those hot nights where sleep just wasn’t happening. I didn’t want anything complicated, just something I could roll in, set up, and cool the room down fast. I was surprised how quickly it made a difference. Within maybe 15 - 20 minutes, the room felt cool and comfortable again instead of humid and sticky. I like that I can switch between modes depending on how hot it is, and the remote has been super convenient when I’m already in bed. It’s also quieter than I expected, which was a big deal for me. I’ve been using it every night since, and it’s made a huge difference in my sleep. Definitely glad I grabbed it when I did.

Wanted to put the panels in the sliding door and needed an extra panel extenson. Contacted customer service and they would sell me one for $25. But i would have to use some line payment service and wouldn't take credit cards or mail in check.
