I been wanting one of these for a long time. Positives: - free shipping - hat heat and massage features - Nice 4lb soft material - worked upon arrival - seller was responsive - Item was inexpensive Negative: - Stopped working after the 1st time used - Had to return item - item was delivered to facility days ago, still waiting on approval for refund
