Wish I could review the actual product but it was never delivered. The day it was supposed to be delivered I was updated by UPS that something went wrong and was being returned. Absolutely no follow up from Best Buy, and the shipping was never updated from the expected today delivery. That shouldn’t be a big deal, but the automated customer service wouldn’t let me request any action for 48 hours…it still gave me the same message almost three weeks later. When I was finally able to get ahold of customer service, it felt like they were blaming me instead of fixing the issue.

I purchased my first soda stream about 3 months ago and love it. Ive tried many flavors but this is my favorite by far. This tastes just like the real deal. Im very pleased with this. I just ordered it again amd can't wait until it arrives.
