The first time I watched my new Sony Bravia seven was with my son. We both have always purchased Sony televisions due to the richness of the picture. My son had recently jumped the tracks and and purchased a Samsung due to some new features being offered. He didn't realize what he was missing till he sat down and watched my new Sony TV with me. He completely regretted buying a Samsung. I love my new television and would highly recommend

I purchased the Bravia 7 (55") for my bar and it's perfect. The sound and picture quality at off center viewing angles are very good for a TV at this price point. The picture brightness begins to reduce slightly when viewing from angles of 60 degrees or more. I am happy with this purchase.

Solid— but the viewing angle is a real thing. It didn’t seem like there was any quality loss in the store, but it was definitely noticeable when I brought it home, now a month later I don’t really notice it. Definitely a good TV across the board otherwise.

Beautifully bright TV with great contrast and awesome sound. Only thing I would have changed was getting a 65” instead of a 55”. still Awesome!

Great picture quality out of the box. The TV came in a well-protected box. It was easy to unbox and install the screwless stands. I liked the fact that the stands had a wider width and height adjustment option allowing the soundbar to be laid in front of the TV without blocking the screen. It does need two people to lift the TV and place it on a TV stand. The TV build quality is very good. The TV setup was easy as soon as it was powered on and connected to Wi-Fi. It went through a software update in the beginning. The Google TV menu layout was easy to navigate. I noticed that I had to find specific type of content playing to fine tune the picture settings for it. For example, to adjust HDR picture settings, I had to play HDR content. The picture is pretty bright with vibrant colors and doesn't require the room to be dark like my other OLED TV. The TV has great preset picture settings for different types of content. The TV recognized the Soundbar as soon as it was connected to the HDMI ARC port and played the sound through it. The ATSC 3.0 TV tuner is a plus and it was easy to search and setup OTA TV channels as soon as an indoor TV antenna was hooked up.

My primary use for this TV is gaming with Xbox and PlayStation consoles. So far I'm very pleased with the results. The holiday sale price is much more acceptable than the launch price. Positives + Great picture quality when sitting in sweet spot (I adjusted various picture settings, such as disabling automatic dimming and power management) + Bright + Accurate color out of the box + Supports all major audio and HDR formats + Good amount of preset picture options that can be adjusted per input + Attractive design with good build quality + I use Apple TV 4K device for apps but the built-in Google TV interface works well Negatives - Off angle viewing is poor (blooming / faded picture) - Only 2 HDMI ports are 4K 120Hz, with one of them being eARC - Screen is more reflective than most other TVs

I’ve been extremely happy with this TV. The picture quality is outstanding, with deep blacks, excellent contrast, and vibrant yet natural colors. The Mini LED technology really makes a difference, especially when watching movies and HDR content. Google TV is smooth and easy to navigate, and the TV feels fast when opening apps. The upscaling is also impressive, making older content look much better than expected. Sound quality is decent, but adding a soundbar makes the experience even better for movies. Overall, this is an excellent TV that offers premium picture quality without paying flagship prices. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a high-end viewing experience.

It’s been a year now and I’m very happy with my Bravia 7. Picture quality is great. The speakers are pretty clear for vocals as well, although I do use a soundbar. The Google OS is very snappy and easy to use. Also I am pleased with the NextGen ATSC 3.0 tuner. I don’t have cable TV, so I do use an indoor antenna by a window for over-the-air local TV. With the NextGen, you get 4K quality AND a stronger reception. The latter being the biggest benefit. Significantly less channel reception disruption. And due to being 4k, I will usually watch CBS football over the air instead of with my Paramount Plus subscription. It’s amazing picture quality. My only con would be the remote. It is a good remote; however, I wish it had a backlight and a voice find feature (due to having a child in the house that tends to misplace from time to time).

I can’t say enough good things about this TV. Blacks that are almost OLED, super bright, and no chance of burn in. If you’re looking at a Bravia 7, you know TV’s and this product is worth it.

Pros: Google TV is one of the better OS for TVs. Great local dimming. Great uniformity. Awesome brightness. Fixed auto game mode from previous gen. More options to modify game mode settings. 4k120 works perfect with my PC. Cons: Price, why pay 1899 for a mini led when you can get a QD-OLED for the same price or cheaper. Picture just looks flat in SDR and HDR looks cloudy compared to my S95B. Overall the tv is really good. The picture is very good for a mini led with some great improvements in the local dimming but it gets over shadow by the price. Go with a 55 LG G3 or a Samsung S90D.

The Bravia 7 is a wonderful option for most people who aren’t picky when it comes to picture quality. I decided to return to get the Bravia 8 instead, as reflection handling leaves much to be desired. Otherwise, brightness and overall performance is spectacular. Just was not what I wanted for my bedroom specifically.

Looks great, love how it looks with my PS5. My only gripe is that it doesn’t let me split screen like other models but that’s not the TVs fault. I just didn’t do the research ahead of time but it looks amazing.

Great picture quality. Colors are punchy after tweaking it to your liking. Look up vidoes on YouTube as it'll help me look for hidden features. Easy set up. 1 person can do it. The stand can be moved so it should fit just about any dresser or table.

Picture is fine. Responds good at times and poor at others. Glare is high on screen with lights in the room. So far so good and the quality is much stronger than other brands in the market.

I wanted an Oled but after my last LG tv experience with burn in, I refused to spend all that money again and not be able to watch certain channels because of logo burn in. So I chose this Sony and it is excellent. The picture is crystal clear and it works very well in brightly lit areas.

I tried a Sony OLED and an LG OLED but send them both back because, although both were very good at hdr, neither of them were very good at processing normal HD 1080p streams. This TV does Dolby vision and HDR pretty much at exactly the same incredible quality as an OLED, but it has the added advantage of also making SDR HD streams also look amazing. Gaming on this TV is also extremely impressive. The overall color accuracy, uniformity and general excellence of the picture is superior to an OLED in my opinion, and it's much more versatile
