Comfrtable fit, good sound, and stays charged

I got these after I accidentally washed my samsung buds. I was looking for something similar to the buds i owned, and these were almost exactly the same. Theres two noise cancelling modes, they're both great but noise cancelling isn't my biggest thing so I can't give too much detail on this. I know with the app there are settings to control this, but I haven't touched them too much. I was worried the battery life wasn't going to be as long as my old pair, but they're on par, lasting me several weeks before actually needing to be charged. I use my earbuds very heavily and daily, and I only need to charge these between once every 3 weeks to a month. The sound quality is amazing! I want to say it is a little better than the galaxy buds I had. With my old pair I feel like I had to turn them up very high to hear everything (which honestly could've just been me or the fact that my old pair were very old and took a beating from my usage), but with these I don't have to turn it up that high at all, it's very clear. My ears are thankful. Comfort wise, they do slip a little sometimes, but I haven't changed any of the tips. Other than that theyre very comfortable, even when laying down. They're also very pretty, the clear blue is so nice. The case is slim and small enough to fit in my pocket easily. Again, with my old buds they fell out very easily, but the case with these has a pretty strong magnet that keeps it closed, so no more lost earbuds for me! I really love them!

We are so glad you are loving them. We love hearing that the battery life is keeping up with your heavy daily use, and that the clear blue look and strong case magnets are hitting the mark for you. Knowing that your ears are thankful for the clear sound is the absolute best.
We also appreciate the note about them slipping a little. We definitely recommend swapping out the ear tips for one of the other sizes in the box when you get a chance, since finding that perfect fit usually fixes that right up.

Great wireless earbuds at a proce that wont break the bank. Connecting them was easy, they have great sound, they have a very comfortable fit and come in awesome colors. For the price its definitely a 5/5.

Great sound quality

Sound Quality is excellent for the price, touch controls work well enough, though the auto pause gets a little frustrating if you pull out your earbud and continue to hold it in your hand during a conversation or something. Most others are like that too, though. Case feels of medium quality, headphones stay in, comfortable enough. I wear them 8+hrs a day, most days.

High expectations, Shot down

Realistically I would give this a 3.8 as the noise canceling is great and the design and comfort is not too bad but the sound quality is definitely a bitter disappointment as it can olny handle so much bass and hi hats until it start sounding like static. Probably better off getting a cheaper pair of earbuds that have way better sound quality than these

However, we're truly sorry to hear the sound quality hasn't lived up to your expectations.
Before you give up on them, we’d love for you to try this: download the Sony | Sound Connect app. Inside the app, look for the 'Equalizer' settings. Try switching between the different presets; sometimes a small tweak there can stop that distortion and make the bass sound much cleaner.

Nice appeal blue. This are great noise cancelling buds. Pair it with the SONY app to customize optimal sound to your liking. Great sound. My only complaint is; this easily slip off if used as an accessory while working out. Tried different size rubber piece, no use. Otherwise, these are great.

We also really appreciate you letting us know about the fit during workouts. Since changing the tips didn't do the trick, we recommend inserting the earbuds and gently twisting them backward into your ear. This helps lock them into place against the outer part of your ear. Also, wiping away any moisture or oils from your ears right before your workout can give them a much better grip.

Got these on sale because I liked the transparent look. Fantastic, great sound quality, I love the options to be able to block out sound or temporarily "dim" music to hear what's around you without removing them, and the clear blue plastic reminds me of the 2000s. Only issue I've had is playing music from the game Umamusume, but only on Spotify, the other 99% of the time, no issues.

The earphones took all day to charge and it only lasted for 4 hrs versus the 8 it states. Also the charging case didn't last either. I was rather excited as I like Sony products, but very disappointed.

I’ve been using the Sony WF-C710N earbuds for a while now, and I can confidently say they’ve exceeded my expectations in every way. These earbuds are a game-changer, especially if you’re looking for a combination of comfort, sound quality, and effective noise cancellation. A standout feature for me is the superb noise canceling. Whether I’m in a noisy environment or just trying to focus, these earbuds block out distractions impressively well. It’s not just a gimmick—it genuinely creates a quiet bubble, which is perfect for work, travel, or just relaxing. The sound quality is rich and full, with plenty of volume. I never feel like I have to max them out to enjoy my music or podcasts. The bass is punchy without being overwhelming, and the mids and highs are crisp and well-balanced. One of the biggest surprises was how well they fit my ears. I’ve always struggled with Apple AirPods—they just don’t stay in place for me. But the WF-C710N fits snugly and comfortably, even during long listening sessions or while moving around. No constant adjusting, no discomfort—just a secure, natural fit. Top-tier noise canceling that actually works. Loud, high-quality audio Perfect fit, especially compared to AirPods. Reliable connection and easy pairing. Great battery life for daily use. If you’re on the fence about these, I’d say go for it—especially if you’ve had trouble with other earbuds fitting well. These are easily my favorite wireless earbuds to date.

Great Sony performance and Sound

Legendary Sony audio, quality build and materials. Reliable with a long lasting battery. Touch capactitive feature is nice and not overly sensitive. Also works with most gloves! Design is a bit large, but still fits in the pocket and is perhaps less easy to misplace as a result. New colorways are awesome and remind me of clear ps1 accessories! My only gripe is that the buds are on the heavier side, so it's very important to use a properly snug tip (included) to make sure they stay in during exercise. Additionally, the buds themselves don't have the best battey life at about 8 hours of listening, but the case extends this to 20+ hours on a single charge. The fast charging of both the buds and the case is a nice feature and you can get 2 hours of listening from just a 10-minute charge. Highs sound crisp and well defined and the lows sound great without being overpowering. Overall a great purchase and a welcome step up from the wfc500 or wfc700, though I think you can reconsider the need for these if you already have the 700 series as they are very similar.
