I wanted to try out these headphones since I heard so much good reviews about the sound quality and noise cancellation. This felt like a big purchase for me as it was the first time I’ve purchased something so expensive. I looked forward to the arrival date since the following day I would be going on a long trip. Day off I open the package to find hair, and dust, along with the pads being worn off from use. I was disappointed and disgusted with the way I received my package. I wondered if this is the type of service that is provided to customers who look forward to receiving high quality products especially after spending a high pint of money.
