A: I bouth the t8 and IT DOES work with 2018 OLED model. Not sure why LG says it doesn't. The back support has the exact same size as the one that comes with the TV

A: The LG - Sound Bar Bracket Stand for Most LG OLED TVs up to 65", Model # T8 is only compatible with the 2017 OLED65C7P, OLED55C7P, OLED65B7P and OLED55B7P LG OLED TVs. The B6P series is a 2016 TV and is not compatible with the T8...^IFV
A: The mount kit is specifically designed for the SJ8 soundbar (not sure whether it works for other LG soundbars). It is not designed for a flush wall mount installation because it extends beyond the rear of the panel when installed.
