SPT - 13,500BTU Portable Air Conditioner – Cooling & Heating (SACC: 10,000BTU) - White

First thing the design is simple but very sleek and neat. I made a mistake and miscalculated the sq ft cause it's definitely too small for my apartment but still works pretty well and not too loud, for recommended room size it will do great. Used the AC for a month now and never had to drain it. Installation process was wery easy, it was my first time setting up portable AC and it was quick and easy

I bought this because of the reviews they must be fake. I live in NYC and used it for the hot days before summer began this week. And I have it next to my bed literally maybe 10 inches from me. You can't feel anything. The only cool thing is it closes when you shut it off . It's awful ! I leave it on and come back and walk in after leaving it on for 20 minutes running errands. My small studio apartment is hot and I'm sweating. It's only good when the weather outside is 60 or 70 . Anything of above that you do not get cooled down. It's a terrible air conditioner and I would not recommend it at all.

This portable stand up A/C is a game changer. It works so great. It pulls less electric than a window unit and cools just as we as a 24,000 BTU window unit. This A/C unit is really worth the money especially if you live in a hot state, like Texas. I am so glad I purchased this A/C. We have used it inside outside in our tent for camping. If you have it on in a bedroom it will freeze you out. We absolutely 100% love it.

This item has been amazing as today july 26/2024, this is 100 times better than a window unit.
