We ordered this stand to hold our son's iPad. He does not have a lot of arm movement due to his disease, so the iPad has only been in the stand. It worked OK for a while, but we had to put weight on the base so it wouldn't fall over. Then, the iPad started getting cracks in the corners where the stand was holding the iPad. The pressure from the holder eventually caused cracks across the screen and a lot of cosmetic damage to the iPad. I contacted the company and was told they didn't see how the stand would do this. But the iPad has only been in the stand and has never been dropped since my son does not have the arm movement to take it out. Very disappointed with the product and company.

The stand is excellent but the company’s customer service is non existent. I ordered the wrong size and I’ve spent several weeks trying to get replacement. Phoned emailed etc. it’s sad the product is good. It’s people, not so much
