    • Ethernet Standard: 10 (Each standard is a variation of the IEEE 802.3 set of computer networking technologies known as Ethernet. New versions evolved to include higher bandwidth, different physical media, and other new and improved features. Standards are often denoted by speeds (in Megabits per second). For example, a 10/100/1000 Ethernet port transmits at 10 Mbps, 100 Mbps, and 1000 Mbps (1 Gbps).)
    • Frequency Band: 2.4 GHz, 5.0 GHz (Bands may be grouped into categories such as low- and high-band VHF (Very High Frequency), low- and high-band UHF (Ultra High Frequency), or certain frequency channels (measured in MHz or GHz). Generally, higher frequencies transmit information faster but have shorter range than lower frequencies.)
    • Wireless Networking Standard: Wi-Fi 5 (The wireless networking standard used by the device. Each iteration of the standard developed by the Wi-Fi Alliance corresponds to an existing IEEE 802.11 protocol; for example, standard 802.11ac (or AC) is termed Wi-Fi 5. Refers specifically to the standard the device is designed to use, but ultimately determines product interoperability and backward compatibility including previous versions.)
    • Wireless Standard: AC, N (The wireless networking protocol used by the device. Each iteration of the protocol is based on the 802.11 standard developed by the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE) Standards Association. Denoted by letters following 802.11 (802.11a, 802.11ac, etc.), each version, published in alphabetical order, encompasses all previous versions.)

Engineered by SpaceX, Starlink is designed to deliver high-speed, low-latency internet to the most rural and remote locations around the world. With a higher gain antenna, additional throughput allocation, and better extreme weather performance, Starlink’s High Performance Kit helps ensure bandwidth for critical operations 24/7. Your Starlink Kit is designed for self-install and arrives with everything you need to get online within minutes.

  • Best for businesses, enterprise applications, and power users: Connectivity for locations with 20+ users.
  • Higher reliability for high demand users: Larger antenna enables faster speeds and higher throughput.
  • Monthly service plan required: Best paired with one of three Business Service Plans: 1TB, 2TB and 6TB. All Business Service Plans come with high priority data, 24/7 prioritized support and a publicly routable IPv4 address.
  • Easy self-install: Your High Performance Kit arrives with everything you need to get online in minutes, including your Starlink, router, base, power supply with wall mount, and cables.
  • No contracts, cancel service at any time: Try any Starlink service and if not satisfied, cancel service at any time.
  • Works anywhere with a clear view of the sky, including polar regions: Greater ability to see more of the sky, allowing it to connect to more satellites and better serve users in challenging environments.
  • Weather resistant: High speeds even in severe environments, such as extreme temperatures, high humidity, or heavy snowfall.
  • Manage Starlink on the mobile app: Download the Starlink app to check which service plans are available in your area and to determine the best set up location before install.

Q: Can I use the Starlink High Performance Kit in extreme weather conditions?

A: Yes, the kit is weather resistant and provides high speeds even in severe environments like extreme temperatures, high humidity, or heavy snowfall.

Q: What is the maximum number of users this Starlink High Performance Kit can support?

A: The Starlink High Performance Kit is designed for locations with 20+ users.

Q: Why is the Starlink High Performance Kit better for high demand users?

A: The larger antenna in this kit enables faster speeds and higher throughput, making it suitable for high demand users.

Q: Does the Starlink High Performance Kit require a monthly service plan?

A: Yes, a monthly service plan is required. It is recommended to pair it with one of the three Business Service Plans: 1TB, 2TB, and 6TB.

Q: How is the Starlink High Performance Kit installed?

A: The kit is designed for easy self-installation and comes with all necessary components.

Q: So you sell it, price is advertised. Why not add the monthly cost to subscribe?

A: best buy is not doing great because they lack the proper it guys to list the details, you literally have to leave the website to find info and that equates into a lost sale Starlink offers three different packages. Starlink internet costs $110 per month with a $599 one-time equipment fee. Starlink RV internet costs $135 per month with an up-front $599 equipment fee. Starlink Business costs $500 per month with a $2,500 one-time equipment fee

Q: Is starlink faster than cox wifi and internet

A: Yes! I was stuck with Cox as the only option for a provider for years. Horrible customer service, frequent outages, never delivered anywhere near the speeds they advertise, high price. Switched to Starlink and it is 1000 times better! Internet is FAST and consistently so.

Q: Can I configure VLANs on a Starlink router? Can I connect an existing AP to the Starlink router and can the existing AP emit Starlink wireless signals?

A: Yes and no. Starlink router has no configuration settings. It's pretty bad and anyone interested in making real networks immediately bypasses the router and plugs it into a better one. The pro dish comes with Ethernet compatibility out of the box, but the standard requires an add on. Once you've got Ethernet, just use it like a wan in your own router. My job installs Starlink for high end customers on the regular (life on an island haha). High perf dish into router into a bazillion WAPs is perfectly valid. You do lose one or two features on the app... you can't view network topology and you can't run the "map your WiFi" which barely worked for me anyway. Important to note that with standard, you can't use ddns. They just released a plan that's only $20 more than standard and it includes a static IP, so that might be more your jam.
