Starlink Business costs $500 per month with a $2,500 one-time equipment fee
Q: Is starlink faster than cox wifi and internet
A: Yes! I was stuck with Cox as the only option for a provider for years. Horrible customer service, frequent outages, never delivered anywhere near the speeds they advertise, high price. Switched to Starlink and it is 1000 times better! Internet is FAST and consistently so.
A: Yes and no. Starlink router has no configuration settings. It's pretty bad and anyone interested in making real networks immediately bypasses the router and plugs it into a better one. The pro dish comes with Ethernet compatibility out of the box, but the standard requires an add on. Once you've got Ethernet, just use it like a wan in your own router. My job installs Starlink for high end customers on the regular (life on an island haha). High perf dish into router into a bazillion WAPs is perfectly valid. You do lose one or two features on the app... you can't view network topology and you can't run the "map your WiFi" which barely worked for me anyway. Important to note that with standard, you can't use ddns. They just released a plan that's only $20 more than standard and it includes a static IP, so that might be more your jam.
