Chair came with scuff marks. Not a bad chair tho, but for how much it costs I think it should have been handled better. Also, very easy to assemble.

Very nice chair only complaint is that it needs more cushion in the seat

I recently decided to buy this chair to replace one that I’ve only had for six months or so. My previous chair very quickly started showing signs of wear, including the softening of the padding in the arm rests and seat, which made it extremely uncomfortable to use for my 8+ hour days at my desk. Although I was hesitant about the cost of this Steelcase chair I decided to buy it in hopes that it would stand up against the consistent use that I need it for. Thankfully it’s turned out to be very well worth it! The customization options for the lumbar support and seat cushion positioning have made world of difference when it comes to comfortability, and it feels extremely sturdy. I look forward to being able to use it for years to come!

I looked at a lot of chairs and chose this one because it seemed very customizable. I love that the arm rests and lumbar support can be adjusted easily to fit my needs. It arrived quickly and undamaged. I assembled it alone and in just a few minutes. I love the cream colored cushion and white frame but wish the arm rest color wasn't gray. It rolls really well on my hardwood floors, I purchased the wood floor casters that were optional. I highly recommend this chair!

Seat cushion is supportive and backrest is okay. Armrest are decent but can feel flismy. Over all build quality is 3.5 out of 5 at best but maybe i got a bad unit. Just wish the arm rest were more secured and less wobbly but over all not a terrible deal.

Good char overall, a little pricey but it is comfortable and the adjustable reclining is nice as a prior chair I had didn’t have different recline options

Seems like a great chair. Looks great. Feels like it will last and every single part is adjustable which is a huge comfort level-up for me.

Eat chair ever! The arms are adjustable backwards and forwards so that you can rest your forearms on them comfortably. I know this is an expensive chair but it’s definitely worth it.

Good chair, however I did receive it stained but bestbuy is a vendor in this case and yet they resolved the issue. Good quality and very comfortable, however I’m not sure if it’s worth the price tag. No headrest doesn’t make the price tag worthy

I'm a tall guy, which weight is around 340 pounds. I come from using many other office and gaming chair brands for my daily office journey. I have worked remotely for more than 10 years and I can tell this is the most comfortable and reliable chair I have used. I can keep sit down on it for hours and nothing hurts, nothing feels weird, it all matches. I haven't tried any other steelcase model, but if this is the basic one and it's so good, I can tell you can't go wrong with any steelcase model you use!

This chair is very comfortable, especially for those of us who work remotely. Also very easy to put together. Would buy again!

This is a fantastic chair. We already have two of this brand at our other home and simply wanted to get the same knowing the comfort. While this is not the same model we have the quality is still there. Funny story.. all vinyl floors, old condo high rise. I borrowed an office chair from work while this one was on order, getting items to Hawaii can take a while, and the borrowed chair we always had to chase as it simply would roll away, even when sitting on it. This one is made for solid floors and NOW I understand the difference and why it matters

Very good chair. A good chair is worth it. Very easy on the eyes as well as the back. You can spend a heck of a lot more for a chair just as comfortable.

Sturdy and well-made chair. I purchased after having back pain while sitting in my old chair and the adjustments available on this chair has my back pain totally improved. Definitely recommend!

I picked this chair up on clearance for ~$200 and I have to say it was a steal. This chair is easily worth double. Easy to set up and super comfortable. Would recommend.

Chair is extremely comfortable and ergonomic. Well made and easy to adjust from upright to leaning back.
