Not Worth It

The internal components were 10years old which I should have researched first. When I received the product the keyboard didn’t work, the power cord didn’t seat right in the back of the computer, the operating system didn’t have a key code . My poor son’s birthday was horrible. He spent hours trying to get his computer up and running and was extremely frustrated and disappointed. Customer service was email only the seller since apparently Best Buy does marketplace now. Ended up buying a different computer the next day and returning this one.
