Customer Ratings & Reviews

This portable and personal CD player works great in late model vehicles that do not come with a factory installed built-in CD player. All you need is a factory installed FM radio and you are good to go!

Inexpensive. Arrived in several days. Very easy to set up CD sound through the car radio. Excellent sound quality. There is a fixture that can be attached to the back ( see picture) so that the unit can be mounted on the dash, but unfortunately my Kia Soul doesn't have an appropriate place. Nonetheless, it's very welcome to be able to play CDs again!

Bought a 2023 Camry and discovered it did not have a CD player. This CD player worked great. It plays thru our stereo. It is small and doesn't take up much room when you mount it on the vent.

It works perfectly with my radio in my motorhome on an E450 Chassis. The motorhome didn't come with a cd player and since the radio system incorporates the factory installed rear monitoring system, I didn't want to replace it. This portable CD Player broadcasts over the airways on an FM Channel and my RV Radio picks it up. Makes travelling long distances much more enjoyable. It was easy to set up and because it can broadcast on multiple channels, it is easy to avoid a conflict with a strong local channel.

It works mostly well, most of the time. Occasionally a weird aural glitch occurs. Other than that it has a bunch of neat features. I do think it should be a little cheaper.

I was looking for a simple to use portable CD player to play book CD's as my eye site degrades with age making it difficult to read. The Studebaker player does just what I wanted and does it very well no matter where I am.

As a walkman-style cd player, it is fine. However, I bought it to play in the 2018 Toyota Camry (which has no cassette player). I was assured it could be plugged ito one of the Toyota's jacks. I have been unable to get it to play. Not your fault, I'm sure, but the packaging should advertise the possibility that it can be used to play cds through the car.

This is great for our car that does not have a CD player works well on the FM Chanels

Good to use for a small portable CD player. Light weight easy to carry anywhere and easy to use.

Does exactly what it's supposed to do. You can hear the spin of the disk through your speakers. But that was normal even back in the 2005 time frame.

Not the cheapest choice, but the certain one. Sound quality is CD-correct, controls easy to use, connectivity is easy as well All that's missing is a 6-disc cartridge! Mounting is an issue since it is Walkman large/ Any place you put it with easy access blocks something important, so it sits in the front part of center console where I can't see/operate it, but I put in a disc, play it, and pull over to replace it. not convenient, but the only way I know.

I tried the Memorex version CD Player and just wasn't happy with the sound quality. Tinny and not enough oomph. Then I found this beauty and saw what I was missing. More features, much better sound quality and snazzier looks. Sure it may be three times the price of the Memorex, but it's three times the quality. Very happy with this choice!

Only reason not a 5 is when you turn off then turn on it starts over on track 1.

I actually like the product, easy to use, and I like the sound.

I lead water aerobics classes, and I'm a bit "Old School" and use CDs. This little Studebaker is great to use for this purpose. I just connect through an FM radio station and hit play. Easy Peasy.

If U don't have a car cd player it works great. U may have to change the Channel sometimes if U go out of Ur normal range that is works great

We needed a CD player for our new vehicle, after doing research, the model seemed like a good fit. I did not find any brands that manufactures CD players in the USA. This is very concerning to me that companies ae selling out to our enemies!!!

employee who sold me this was extremely helpful. notably because employees in that department were not. denied even offering such a thing, product was absolutely what I needed.

This is everything as advertised. It doesn't skip while driving. I can listen to my CDs in the car now. I had to order it. Best Buy stores should carry it.

Easy to use. Small and light weight! Comfort of buying warranty. Easy to change cd.s great quality
