About this product
Double Magic, the fourth full-length album from Sunbeam Sound Machine, sees multi- instrumentalist and producer Nick Sowersby expand on his signature sonic palette. Retaining the sparkling guitars and introspective lyrics from previous releases, the songs of Double Magic are built upon a bedrock of four-to-the-floor rhythm drumming and percussion. From 2014's debut full-length Wonderer, through 2019's Goodness Gracious to 2022's Possum, Sunbeam Sound Machine has amassed over 50 million streams from a dedicated global fanbase. Wonderer's American on the Echo Drug Recordings tag helped establish a particularly strong following in the USA, which led to a successful headline tour in April 2025, with sold out shows on both coasts. Double Magic is by far the most energetic and concert-ready record of Sowersby's career, with more Australian and international dates to come. Album Tracks 1. Waterfall (Strange Gravity) 2. Mercy 3. Vanishing Point 4. Dandelion 5. Wild Violet 6. Kananook 7. Tempo Video 8. Career Year 9. Radial Sunset

Limited 180gm vinyl LP pressing including digital download. Colorado-based legends Magic Music - dubbed the state's first Inchjam bandInch - have a storied history beginning as a merry troop of ‘70s renegades whose brotherhood was eternally forged in the music they made. Time passed and band's members sought their own paths but remained in touch. This 2016 album is produced by childhood friend and now member Tim Goodman, best known for his works with the Doobie Brothers, Emmylou Harris, and Johnny Cash, as well as a co-founder of the platinum-selling country rock group Southern Pacific. The inclusion of Jimmy Haslip (Yellow Jackets), Tommy Major (Entrain), Scarlet Rivera (Bob Dylan), plus guest appearances by John McFee, Billy Payne and many others has resulted in an astonishing musical journey. If there ever was a labor of love, this music is it. The Magic Music debut album is 40 years in the making. The Magic IS Real. Album Tracks 1. Bring the Morning Down 2. Bright Sun Bright Rain 3.
