Great TV, very user friendly!

This TV is solid (for someone that doesn’t care much about little details of a TV). It’s easy to get set up, has Roku embedded so I can get to all of my streaming services, and is a good size! Audio and video quality have been good (aka I haven’t noticed issues). Just make sure you look at the product specs if you’re planning on putting it on a TV stand, since the feet come pretty wide on the base of it—I knew I would be cutting it close. Would purchase again!

Had to replace my TV and I found this great value TV. It is a Roku TV system and when you set it up you can get easily connected to all your streaming apps. It has Roku TV included which has a ton of great shows and movies. I think it is a great TV and a great value.

Very impressed with TCL roku TV

I have not had the opportunity to buy a TCL until now. I am impressed with the size and clarity for the price. We bought this for my parents who are not technically inclined. the main screen is easy to navigate and allows them to easily get to their Dish service as well. Depending on how long it lasts, I would purchase again in the future. The downside. The Brownsville store had bad customer service. I knew exactly what I wanted walking in (i found it on the website and it said it was in stock in Brownsville). I had to wait and wait and wait. When we found someone else to ask if they could help, they said they would find someone in the television department. Even when they knew where it was, they had to find someone to get it, which took even longer. This is not our experience in most other Best Buys across Texas. Then at check out, the person asked me if I wanted 1 or 2 year warranty. i asked for the pricing and i chose 1 year. after I walked out, i noticed he added the 2 year plan. At that point it wasn't worth going back to fight over it. they had wasted enough of my time by then. Going in, knowing what I wanted specifically, having to wait... 45 minutes. Unacceptable Best Buy-Brownsville. Leaving 5 stars because the question is specifically about the product, which was fantastic.

Great picture quality, sound, and brightness. Appreciate the overall quality of the tv at the affordable price. Just bought this tv for my son's apartment at college. I'm sure he will be inviting his buddies over to watch sports soon. It looks excellent in his living room. Highly recommend the TCL brand!

Great sound with a quality picture. This TV was very easy to set up with the hardware supports. This was also very easy to set up the settings. Moving from Chanel to Chanel and each application is very easy. I think once you get used to the format, it becomes very user friendly.

Great TV for the price!

You honestly can't beat this TV for the price. The picture is good for an LED. Obviously it's not an OLED but we have it in our rec room and can still see the image clear when moved at an angle while we play darts. The fact it's a Roku TV means you can download all of the necessary apps, including Xfinity Stream which we use to watch our normal cable channels without needing an extra box. Volume and speakers have great sound for music channels. I cannot recommend this TV enough, it doesn't break your wallet while providing a large size screen.

I've been very happy with this TV so far. The picture quality is sharp, with vibrant colors and good 4K detail. The Roku interface is easy to use, making it simple to access my favorite streaming apps and navigate through menus. Setup was quick, and the TV connected to Wi-Fi without any issues. The sound quality is decent for everyday viewing, although adding a soundbar would improve the experience for movies. Overall, this is an excellent TV for the price. If you're looking for an affordable 4K smart TV with an easy-to-use interface and solid picture quality, this is a great choice.

Budget TV for Quick Upgrade

This tv is not going to give you the most amazing viewing experience when it comes to sound or best colors, yet at the price point of just over $200 that it is being sold at, this budget TV is worth it. Pros: 55 inch TV sitting at $200 is a bargain Easy setup 4 HDMI ports 4k HD Resolution available (Lackluster due to refresh rate but at least compatible) Cons: Sound quality is mediocre Picture Quality not as great but that's due to it being LED and unable to handle in dark rooms Refresh rate is subpar Overall this tv is still worth it if you are just looking for a cheap update whether it be for a kids room, guest room, or needing to upgrade from a smaller TV to a larger one with out shelling out a lot of money. Roku built into this smart tv also makes it very user friendly to use right of the box. Price point also gives ease of mind that you can get some years out of this TV without feeling like you're wasting money.

I bought this tv for my guest room. It has an okay picture and will work well for occasional use. I would not recommend for heavy primary tv use due to its mediocre processing speed; unless you plan to use it with a streaming device.
