My wife was elated when I set this TV up, she hates the look of traditional flat screens. The included frame is decent (we plan to add an actual wood frame down the road) and the wall mount was easy to setup. The included template made it a breeze. The picture quality is great and the mat screen prevents most glare from the window that was very noticeable on the last TV. Sound is good for a TV, I always use soundbars or home theaters so that doesn’t effect my buying decision. If you aren’t these are middle of the road, you have to turn it up quite a bit maybe high 20s low 30s for dialogue to be easily heard. Nothing to say negatively about it. Setup was easy, it’s got all the usual smart TV abilities and came in at half the price of Samsung’s frame TV, and while I adore Samsung and have their TVs and appliances throughout my house, the TCL took its place in this instance. Picture quality, is on par if not a hair better,

Zero complaints. Great picture, the art is so fun, and the uber slim wall mount is LEGIT! Nothing complicated about mounting. Took my time and could not be happier :) I ran 4 hdmi cables thru the wall so adding other equipment is no issue. My family takes turns picking the art each day and bluetoothing music to our added soundbar for a lovely morning. Movies are crisp. Sports are fast with the zippy refresh rate. Time after time, guests are impressed with how low profile the TV is! Really cant say enough about it. Oh wait, the price point is the best! Thank you TCL for having such a great offering with the NXTFRAME. Very very pleased.

We recently purchased the TCL 65" NXTFRAME 4K QLED TV, and it has been a fantastic addition to our home. Although we have owned multiple smart TVs, this is our first Google TV and our first TCL. Initially, we were concerned about the mounting process, but it turned out to be incredibly easy to install. The setup was straightforward, and the picture quality is simply stunning! One of the main reasons we chose the NXTFRAME was its Art Mode feature. With a photographer in the house, we are always printing photos from our trips. This TV allows us to upload and display all our photos, making it a beautiful digital gallery that we can enjoy every day. We also watch a lot of sports and use the TV for gaming, so having a great picture and smooth motion handling was essential. This TV excels in this area, providing vibrant colors and keeping up with fast-paced action without any issues. Additionally, our living room has a lot of windows and the TV delivers lifelike colors, and the LED backlight ensures excellent viewing in any lighting condition. Lastly, the ultra-slim design and included flush wall mount make it a stylish addition to our living space, blending seamlessly with our home decor. Overall, the TCL 65" NXTFRAME 4K QLED TV has exceeded our expectations in every way, from its stunning picture quality to its versatile features. We highly recommend it to anyone looking for a high-quality, feature-rich TV.

Good TV for the price. Not an amazing TV with picture quality or speaker size, and also not the best frame for "art". But for the price it is very well suited and gets the job done. I have the 55" and the 65" now hanging in the house. The instructions for the mount are Okay at best, the channels in the back are oddly positioned for power and inputs making lining up the power box behind a bit of a chore. If they spent a little more and gave you a map of the back of the tv to hang on the wall....it would have made this so much better. But alas they didnt. Overall happy with it, but it could be slightly better without much effort from TCL.

Just purchased TCL’s 65" NXT Frame TV for my bedroom. It’s almost too nice to put in a bedroom. The picture quality is super clear and colors look good. I thought the matt screen would affect the picture, but it doesn't. As a gamer, I love how smooth and responsive it is. The built-in inputs really keep things neat without extra boxes and cables. The AI Art feature is cool too, you can actually create artwork that matches your room. Plus, it’s cheaper than the Samsung Frame, which is a bonus. I’m now questioning why I didn’t put it in another room so more people can see it. Maybe I’ll buy another. Overall, I really like it. Highly recommended!

Let me start with saying that if you are looking for a frame TV - this is it. At half price of Samsung, it is flat,white (Samsung is black), and does not have that external box you need to hide (Samsung). I compared the picture in the store and did not see the difference. Some people complained about its speakers not being loud enough. I was prepared to buy a soundbar, but, after trying it, I decided against it. Speakers are, in my opinion, very nice and provide plenty of volume. The TV is flat. No - FLAT. It is hugging the wall, just like a painting would. Now, for the little things: 1. The power cord provided with the unit is garbage. Amazon sells short white low profile cable for $6. I strongly recommend buying it and ditching the cord that came with the TV. 2. You will need to install recessed outlet behind the TV. It was a 30 minute job for me, but for someone not comfortable with doing electrical work it might take longer. I'd say - get it done, rather than run the power cable below the TV, covering it, etc... It just looks sloppy. 3. My only real complaint about this TV is the 2 piece mount.makes the installation a bit of a pain. Why TCL didn't come up with a one piece - it a mistery to me. You will need a good 5 - 6ft level or a laser level. Outside of these little things, the TV is fantastic.

Amazing TV. Picture quality is superb and the absolute lack of lag is amazing. Easy to hang flush to the wall with the included wall mount. Just getting into the features and still playing with the art options, but there are a ton of free works of art for all tastes. Sound is also excellent. Highly recommend, especially at this price point.

When this TV went on sale for 50% of its normal price, I grabbed it! Not only is it everything I hoped it would be. It’s even better. It’s beautiful and works wonderfully. I have a FriendsMas Party and all the young adult adults could not believe the picture quality and I had it on different Christmas scenes and they adored it! Thank you, Best Buy. You made something a little expensive be in my price range. And also installation was a breeze with Best Buy.

I really love this TV but it does have some downsides so far. For instance, I wanted to have family photos come up on it. If you take a picture in landscape and frame it right you are fine but it will rotate a portrait to landscape (we all end up sideways!) Also the biggest issue is that the photos on your phone are oldest first with no way to see latest. With thousands of photos, it takes a while to scroll down. It would be nice to have some filters. Also - not all pictures show up and I am not sure why. As for the TV - well it is great how thin it is and how close it mounts to the wall. It was not at all difficult to mount despite what some people say. The picture is not as bright as I would like when watching TV but it isn't bad. With all that said, I would buy it again because at the price it is a nice option for the type of TV it is.

I’ve owned a lot of TVs, but this one blows everything else out of the water. The matte display makes everything look cinematic and crisp, with zero glare—it’s genuinely easier on the eyes and a joy to watch. The design is stunning and fits right into any room like a modern piece of art. And the Google TV interface? Smooth, fast, and actually enjoyable to use. For the price, nothing even comes close. Don’t waste your time looking around—this is hands down the best value you’ll find. If I could, I’d buy one for every room. Seriously.

I LOVE this TV. The art included looks so good and the selection is great. They also have scenes that can play on loop (aquarium tanks). The remote controller is very user friendly and since its white its easy to find. I love the matte finish if the TV too it makes the still arts look more natural.

Got a good Black Friday deal! Tv sits flush to the wall. I’d recommend running the cables through the wall for the best look! So far I am very satisfied! Picture looks good, sound is good enough. A huge upgrade from my plasma tv I had before.

The colors, matte finish, and anti-reflective finish are very nice for watching tv and for artwork. Only downside we had was that even with a recessed outlet installed behind the tv the power cable that comes with the TV still pushes the back of the TV off the wall. I had to order a flater plug to plug into a recessed outlet to finally get the flush, wall mount look. In the future it would be nice to change the plug type so that the tv can be mounted flush to the wall right out of the box instead of having to immediately order more parts for a brand new tv.

I’ve previously owned Samsung and Sony TVs, so I was a bit unsure about trying TCL. But after using it for 3 months, I’m really impressed. The build quality is solid, the display is vibrant, and the sound is crisp and clear. What I love most is the Google TV OS—it’s fast, smooth, and super easy to navigate. It makes streaming and switching between apps effortless. This TV has exceeded my expectations and feels like a true alternative to high-end models like the Samsung Frame. Highly recommended if you’re looking for quality without breaking the bank.

Bought this tv on a whim and have been really happy with it so far, the tcl live tv channels have actually been my favorite thing about the tv, and the picture quality is really good. There are some lagging with the remote-to-tv function, which is probably my only complaint about it.

This TV is amazing, we get so many compliments on the image quality of the art! I love the Freeplay TV channels that come with it, too, and it overall just looks so beautiful on our wall. I would highly recommend this model, and haven’t had any of the issues I saw in YT reviews about loss of image quality in the blacks. Getting it mounted by Best Buy has made it look like a seamless piece of art on our walls! Oh and this TV comes with free art, from Van Gogh and Matisse to AI imaging tools.
