The product is great and works as it should. My only complaint is with the website, as my bank card information was stolen and my business account was wiped out as a result. Best Buy does not have a secure site for using bank cards. I DO NOT RECOMMEND USING YOUR BANK CARD ON THEIR SITE!!!! IT TAKES FOREVER TO DISPUTE AND GET YOUR MONEY BACK! WITH AS LARGE AS BEST BUY IS, THEY SHOULD HAVE A SECURE SITE!

I ordered the same size as my 4-month-old ceramic ring. Somehow the ring does not fit unless I force it on. Then it takes effort to pry the ring off the post. My ring slides easily onto my wired charger so I didn't think it had battery swelling. I do love the idea of a portable charger, but the fit makes me scared to use it.

Charge this up and you can use it to charge your ring at least 4 times over the next 20 days. It only takes about an hour to charge.

Pocket Oura Charger. I am a little disappointed with the charger. It takes for ever to charge my Oura ring and the app is supposed to show charge level but I can can seem to get a level. It shows the charger % but not the ring. It may be user error??
