This thing heats up instantly and the massage / vibration function is so well done. If i wake up with a stiff back I just throw this on for 20 mins and i feel great. My only complaint is that they don’t sell spare batteries. I would love to have one charging while j use the other one. You only get about 2.5 uses out of the battery while on high with thr vibration on. Thats about 50 mins though.

I had muscle spasms causing back pain. The combination heat and vibration brings temporary but welcome relief my lower back. It heats quickly and the battery does last close to the stated time. It has an automatic shut off at 20 minutes which is ample time to bring relief. As mentioned it has a rechargeable battery making it completely portable to use if I am doing things around the house or kicking back and enjoying the warmth and vibration.

honestly it wasnt worth the money . doesnt hold a charge long and doesnt massage . the heat worked thats about it . was very disappointed

I sprained my SI ligament and was in a world of hurt. Was willing to do anything to hurt less. Bought this out of desperation, wore it for an evening, then actually wore it to bed for the additional support. Felt a 50% improvement by the next morning. It’s pricey but was worth it and I’ll continue to get use out of it, even once pain has resolved.

My husband and I both suffer from back pain. This is nice, you just put it on and select what settings you want and you can sit down and do whatever or even walk around.

I have always had back issues and tigt mucsles but this is the cure, every time you wear it the heat and orecision vibrations help relieve me. Amazing

There is reasonable strength to the vibration component of this device and the heat is quite impressive. Overall, I would highly recommend this item to anyone looking for effective lower back pain relief.

Wife used to use a heating pad nightly but this seems like it takes a lot of the pain away for lower back and is helping with sleep.

this item was priced lower in Best Buy than everyone else that was selling it, and works like a charm, no problems with the battery. When you buy a product like this, you always have to rea the instructions on how to use it. over all, it's the best item on the market and works wonderfull.

Really great heating and massage my main complaint is the awful battery life. Can only use this 3-4 times before needing to charge for hours.
