Terrible delivery process

Appliance has been great, however scheduling delivery was a horrible! Would schedule one delivery date, get confirmation that it was scheduled and then get a new email saying it was time to schedule delivery. Happened 4 times until our salesman at Best Buy got involved.

Incredible Refrigerator , I thought I wanted Sub Zero and went and looked and looked, But Thermador is outstanding! I am blown away at the quality of this refrigerator , The whole inside is stainless steel, its beautiful and functional, for a 36" ITS BIG!!

I’ve owned the 48 and now I have had the opportunity to own this 42. It’s tall so my wife needs a step stool to get to the top shelf, she 5’4”. The fit and finish is top notch no complaints. The camera could or needs to be sharper. I expected better from a 16k appliance.
