Been using it for a while no problems at all running every game 120 fps and more on high settings 1440p on Cyberpunk 2077, Red Dead Redemption 2, Black myth Wukong and many more. Also when it came in I did not need to plug any cables or anything this pc is plug and play certified. Also comes with a bag with extra cables for future upgrades which is always good. And has good RGB if you’re a fan of that (decided to turn some rgb off since I personally think it’s annoying)

WORST COMPANY TO DEAL WITH

Worked great until it suddenly didn’t. The fans on the gpu suddenly quit working, so for the last three days I’ve had to jump through hoops in attempts to get it warrantied out. But thermaltake does not allow you to warranty it through Best Buy. Instead you have to either use their website, which is UNREADABLE on the phone, or, you can use their customer service support line but of course if you call they’re busy and take FOREVER to get back to you. If I could rate a zero I would

The PC is well put-together, quiet, and fast for gaming. Runs KCD2 and BG3 at maxed out settings with 60FPS@4K.
