There were no instructions included on the piece of paper in the box the watch came in. There were so many languages used on the included sheet of paper it was ridiculous. I do not hold Best Buy accountable for this. I downloaded and printed the PDF file with instructions. I haven't had time to set it yet, but I'm sure I'll like it when I do.

The Timex Ironman never detected my heart rate. I tried it again with the help of a tech, still no luck. I sent it back for a refund. This product simply did not work.

It did not come with instructions.I was pretty mad at that.Had to go to timex website which is ridiculous anyway.Or call their 1-800 number which was a waste of time .Had to give the timex company numbers on the case for the watch.This is no use.Cheap watchband anyway.What a waste of my money and geek squad protection as well for 2 yrs.Now I have no watch got rid of it.Useless.Do not buy this watch.No instructions for it this was stupid.Bad bad buy.Do not buy.Recommend do not buy.
