I expected a little bit more for the modes. The sticky pad it comes with sucks, fell down with in 2-3 min... not to mention i wasnt using it yet!!

Exercise for seniors

This is the best therapy for arms ,back .Im a senior citizen,with the need of exercise .I say again this has been great therapy.
