The picture is amazing - even "old" shows and movies are almost 3-D. BUT despite being a FIRE "Smart" TV, if it is off, Alexa CAN'T control; it.And neither can a universal remote such as the one you might get from your cable company (Spectrum). When the TV goes to sleep, it turns off its connection to WiFi, IR, and even CEC. It will only turn on with the Fire remote which uses bluetooth.

Quality and good price. Plenty apps included. Satisfied.

The M550 model I replaced with newer 450 Qled tv. Good upgrade for me as picture is much more vibrant and detailed when i play 4K blu-ray movies.

Great tv for the price , it is very clear , easy set and easy to install apps .

I had a 43 inch Toshiba fire tv but the sound went bad so I picked the 55 inch Toshiba and it is working great.

I like everything about it and there is no dislike and i use it in my room

I buy this product about 10 times a year as giveaways for customer events. They live winning a tv.

I bought the TOSHIBA 55 Fire Tv set it up mounted it to the wall everything was fine till I tried to register it. I purchased it on line, when I picked it up they said they would email receipt. I never got it. Toshiba will not accept the receipt in Best Buy App. They wanted a picture of the S/N sticker on back, there are two. I sent them the one on the side of Tv, they would not accept it. I NEVER BUY A TV FROM TOSHIBA or,HISENSE again horrible customer service. Also if you buy something on line make sure you get printed receipt! My store is 1 1/2 hours away & customer service can't print the receipt or email it. Only the store which you can no longer call direct. It's like Best But doesn't want your business either.so much for rewards members. So now I wait for call for my store.
