Was sent wrong item, Best Buy refused exchange.

I ordered this item, and the package arrived while I was on vacation. The item that arrived was Solus Prime, not Alchemist Prime. Since I called them 1 day outside of the returns window, Best Buy refused to exchange it. Buyer beware.

I originally preordered the Solus Prime, but then the listing changed to Alchemist Prime. Which i also wanted, so i let it ride. And just got the Solus Prime elsewhere. Now the preorder for Alchemist Prime finally gets shipped and they send me the Solus Prime. Ooook.. hope i can still find Alchemist!

I ordered the item online for store pick-up. When I arrived I was handed the wrong figure. There were no more of the one I ordered in stock. I was able to get a refund. The rating is not for the figure, but for the incorrect inventory control

Drove 45 miles to pick up the toy, only to be handed to wrong one. Manger acted like the refund was the big favor. Apparently pooking at the other reviews this was not the only time.
