A little tricky to install but once I figured out the process it was easy. Definitely does the job of keeping computer safe from attacks

Well I never had any software like this before so when I read what this software does to help you be protected. I found it intersting. I thought let me try it. I have spent money on other things that were not helpfull , The software helps you pretty much on everything even thou I am stlll learning exactly what it covers. I just know that it was worth spending the money on.

The purchase link in the email did not work. Called customer service they had no solution. They set me up with tech support and they could not provide the correct download link. I just asked for a refund. COMPLETE WASTE OF TIME. TAKE IT OFF YOUR WEBSITE IF ITS NO LONGER VALID!!!!!

Super simple to use! no hidden fees like other brands and a must have for online gaming or cruising the web!

It protection worked well, the price was right for the level of security I enjoyed. The support team were great and happy to assist with inquiries and they were professional as well.

I am so disappointed! Have always had good service but this was by far the worst. Too many phone calls to mention on hold for up to 30min just to be told to call another number. Never was installed, never got a correct code that was useable.......Never got product.

This product secures my computer and laptop almost instantly. It was easy to download and complete the installation. Within 5 minutes my computer was protected and secure from unwanted bugs or people.

I had a very scary situation where a intruder tried to take over my computer and withdraw my money from my account. After that happened to me I call to check why I was not protected. I had not realized my security had expired. So, person I spoke to went through everything with me and gave me a great sale price for the Trend Micro Antivirus & Security. I can see how many threats this protection has saved from interfering with my system. Also, get immediate alerts that an email I received is a threat and know to delete it. Great people, Great service and Great protection.

Easy to setup and purchase. The steps are easy to follow and doesnt take much time to get it connected to whatever device you are needing protection on. The weeks after setup is finished the program keeps you very update to what you need to have for your system. Keeps you informed on what scans are being done and helps you stay safe while using your device. 100% will recommend to others . Always a reasonable price for how ever long you need the service for.

Digital download installation of software did not go well. It was frustrating and time consuming without product support accessible from Trend Micro or Best Buy over the weekend.

It's the Best Antivirus Malware defender on the market. If you buy it on Black Friday every year, it's a no-brainer.

There are a lot of pop up windows to get sorted out in getting things set up, but I really like that there isn't a constant barrage of up selling from the protection. Seems to be very responsive and I feel my computer & information is safe.

Midyear they made an Update and it would not work for a month. Switched to McAfee now

I have been using Tren Micro Antivirus now for a good 20 years and I have not had one virus on my computer it is blocked and That is what I love about Trend Micro they ketch all of the bad stuff and block it. I recommend this to a friend, and I recommend this to you enjoy it.

I agree with other reviewers, I was supposed to be able to download through the link they provided in download library, but it said link not found, error. Since I already had an existing Trend micro Anti virus, I just gave them a call & they were able to walk me trough it. It wasn’t super complicated as they helped me out, but inconvenient from Best Buy.

I’ve used Trend Micro for pretty much all of my devices in my house. I recommend this product to anyone.
