A: So I will answer my own question...yup...rubber handles, and so much easier to grip than foam. I bought it, but no leave a review option! So 5 stars from me. This is great, works well in small spaces. I have it hooked over the door (near the hinge side) of a small bedroom. So many great exercises. provides some stability as you exercise and it's a great workout. Many many free youtube trx work outs available outside what the company offers. Straps seem very sturdy and are easily adjustable. Easy peasy to set up. Haven't tried the bands.

Must have small factor workout system
THE BREAKDOWN: This product was nicely packaged. Upon opening the package I immediately went to find an instruction booklet or a quick start guide. Right away I found the card and went online to register my product and unlock my free training videos. This package included the TRX Suspension Trainer, door anchor, extender, key card (gives access to an 8 week workout guide and 9 video workouts), 4 TRX resistance bands, mesh carrying bag and a get started guide. This system is very simple to get setup and running. I like it because it is light and portable. Hands down a very good investment. The construction of this trainer is very good and feels solid. I love how sturdy the grips feel. Another good thing about the grips are that they are very comfortable and have a nice rubbery feel. You can get a great bodyweight workout at anytime in almost any place. I found that I smoked myself every time I used this system. I was sore for the first few days and I normally work out 5-6 days a week. I found that it used different muscles then I normally use giving me more stability in my joints. You can also increase the difficulty by using steeper angles, increased angles and increased speed. I felt as if it helped to strengthen my core muscles and those stabilizer muscles. The first day I did have the “shakes” a lot because my stabilizing muscles were not acclimated to this type of exercise. Perhaps the best thing about this system is that the exercises can be done by people of all ages and skill levels. I loved the provided video workouts. They did an amazing job preparing and executing those. Great thing to have if you are low on time like me, as I don’t want to spend time preparing workouts. It is nice just to log on and select a workout and hit play! PRO’s: -Easy to use and setup -Great quality in the build -Included access to video workouts -Included resistance bands -Mesh carrying bag -Great for all ages and fitness levels CON’s: -None as of yet SUMMARY: Overall, I feel that this product worked well and I would recommend this to a friend if they are in the market for an excellent small package workout system that is built to last.

Great workout without a bulky, expensive system
I have owned the TRX suspension trainer for about a week and I am impressed. I have tried to work my abs doing conventional sit-ups and planks, but was frustrated with the lack of progress. I felt like I was only working a few muscle groups and didn’t feel like the workout was challenging. Before using the system, I went to TRXtraining.com/mylocker and registered my system. I found some free workouts, although others were only accessible for a fee. The TRX trainer surprised me while I was doing a standing plank, and I noticed more tension within more muscle groups. I felt like I was getting an intense workout, compared to the less challenging workout when doing a very similar exercise without this system. I would recommend the TRX Elite system to anyone who wants a full body workout without the need for an expensive weight lifting system.

TRX Elite
I have seen this in stores and on T.V and have always wanted to try this out. I see people at the gym using the same equipment. This nice to have at home for the days you need a quick workout or long one. It take a little bit of work to figure all the moves and different workouts. My wife has enjoyed this and has shown me more workouts on YouTube. I bought the Ceiling anchor for this it mounts easy and make sure you put it in the middle of the stud. The straps feel awesome and grips are very comfortable to hang on to. There is so much you can do with this system. It comes with 4 Bands a door anchor a workout poster a mesh bag to carry it in and a subscription to TRX website. They have a workout system and show you how to use it. i can't wait to get some more time in to use this and see the results after. This is a good buy to keep at home or take with you if your traveling you can get your workout in whenever you need it.
