Various Artists - Tribute to Bob Marley 3 / Various - COMPACT DISCS [CD]

Veteran reggae producer Bernard Hall's early years in the sound system business as owner of the Chad Supreme Disco in Kingston, Jamaica, provided the foundation for the innovative, roots respecting productions that flow from his studio in Miami today. The cream of popular reggae and rock steady hits were featured staples of the Chad Supreme sound system and nowadays, Bernard selects the artists and together they create and innovate a new sound with a traditional flavor. On Roots Reggae Vol. 3, veteran reggae singing stars Freddie MacGregor and Tinga Stewart share the stage with such upcoming talented vocalists as Ian Sweetness, Swelele, Richie Stevens, Danny Jackson, Lukie D and others. The influence and inspiration for this third Roots Reggae compilation are deeply rooted in producer/drummer/programmer Bernard Hall's deep abiding love for roots rock reggae and his undying dedication to the rock steady movement.
