Good pans

These pans are really good! They heat evenly and are easy to clean.

The instructions was extensive, heat up until the pan changes color, then use peanut oil, followed by vegetable oil, let sit for 24 hours. None of the 3 skillets, changed color. The first one started to smoke from the handle. After all of this, i did extensive search on line. Appears instruction sheet was from a different type of skillet. No color change was expected, or needed. Hope they are not ruined by following the instructions.
