Works but must use smaller sizes of product

It works as described, but much more pressure is needed to get larger sizes of onions to chop. They actually need to be smaller in size.

It is a garbage and I can’t return now. Used once only. Please don’t sell piece of garbage lithos one of you truly care about your customer. Falls a part every time I tried using. Thank you
