A: This is the newer version with supposedly improved WiFi connectivity
Q: Can unused APPs be deleted?
A: This TV uses our SmartCast Platform which offers a host of built-in apps, as well as support for Google's Chromecast, Apple's AirPlay 2, and voice support for SIRI, Google Home, and Alexa. Apps are not able to be removed, but the app row can be modified to bring your favorite apps to the front of that app row.
Q: Can this VIZO Smart TV be mounted on the wall?
A: Yes, this TV can be wall mounted using a 200mm x 100mm pattern, has a hole depth of 10mm, and uses screw size M6.
Q: Does this tv have an Ethernet port?
A: No, this TV does not have an ethernet port. For a great picture and features including an ethernet port, I'd recommend looking at the model V435-J01.
A: Sadly, this model of TV does not have the Composite connections on the back of the TV to connect a DVD player to. However, you are able to purchase an RCA to HDMI adapter to be able to connect the DVD player to one of the TV's HDMI ports. Thanks!

A: If you use over the air antenna, you can press the OK key in the center of your remote to bring up an on-screen keyboard. To navigate channels one at a time on this remote you’ll use the Up or Down arrow keys.
