The agent went over all the apps on my echo, and help me set it up with the right settings or Alexa. It was knowledgeable and very helpful. 240.
The agent was quick, professional and fixed a problem I was having with my display, mostly due to Xfinity.

Our Geek Squad installer was great!! He mounted it and set it up so it was easily seen by my 87 year old elderly father. He also swapped in a longer power cord (that he just happened to have in his vehicle), at no extra charge. That is great customer service. Services provided to the elderly are very appreciated. Keep up the good work and caring service, Geeks. :)

The agent hooked up some speakers and gave me some advice and directions. they were very helpful. The cost was somewhat high I thought, but the agents don't make up the pricing.

2nd time Best Buy sent a “3th PARTY” Worst experience and waste of time To connect nest camara door bell to nest max 2 men spend 4 1/2 hrs and STILL COULD NOT DO IT I had to reschedule a Greek team member to come do it and it only took 45min 2nd time I had 3 outside cameras to be installed….. 3rd party showed up late before dark no ladder no lighting and after waiting all day he did not connected 1 camera correctly Will recommend GEEK TEAM NOT 3rd party

Geek Squad showed up exactly on time as expected, installed "Ring" doorbell, "Ring Chime Pro", "Echo Show" and even got the already installed "Portal" to work with the "Ring Doorbell" showing live video of who is at the door. That was awsome! I'v been a member of the Geek Squad for 2 years and have never been dissapointed with anything they show up to do. Thanks for everything you do.

The Geek Squad from the Lee's Summit store recently installed a Ring doorbell and then an Echo device. We are not tech savvy at all and required assistance a couple of times. Each time, they helped us tremendously and were very patient with us old folks. I cannot say enough good things about them! Thanks, especially to Matt.

The agents were extremely intelligent and did the best they could with my Sonos speakers attaching Alexa as the voice. However, I will never buy another Sonos: their platform changed and we had to put a million apps on my phone and still I have problems. I cannot Tell Alexa to play local radio stations, I MUST IDENTIFY BY NUMBER EACH AND EVERY STATION! So many things. Now I am going to buy a TV and will think long and hard before I give up the remote and use voice activation only!

The Geek Squad member was very nice and it only took a few minutes to set up my Echo. He showed me how I could have it play music for free. I have used the Geek Squad several times and all of the were very helpful. They can do in minutes what it would have taken me hours to do.

I am extremely pleased with the Agent who came and hooked up 5-6 of my electronic toys. He was respectful, efficient and extremely knowledgeable. The really nice thing, which is very important to me, was the fact that he made sure I could handle each device after he left. Based on his effort to make sure I was totally satisfied before he left I would definitely recommend the Geek Squad to anyone needing help.

We had been having problems with Google Home for over a year. We had tried everything. I was tired of talking to telephone techs that just made matters worse. So, we decided to pay for some in-person professional help. We called The Geek Squad and all the problems with Google Home were solved. It works perfectly now. James, the technician, did a great job. He is a relentless problem solver. We certainly got our money's worth.

The Tech/Daniel took an extended amount of time to insure my wifi/internet was working before programing/seting up Alexia. Daniel was exceptional and very patient with me and with my cable provider as my wifi finally came on-line. Many Thanks Best Buy and especially to Daniel.

Double Agent Barinia Williams is the best! She took control of the situation with two different platforms and was quickly able to merge into one useable platform for all our Alexa apps...which had been added over time. Give her a raise!
