Works great - strongly recommend pump feature and auto defrost like on this model!

I bought this to go in my basement. I had a dehumidifier down there (a very large company brand). It couldn't seem to keep up with the moisture during rainy weeks. I researched dehumidifiers and decided to try this model. Let me tell you that it does an amazing job. I am happy that we switched to this one. I recommend this one 120% over our previous dehumidifier. Try this one, you will not be disappointed. Oh and..... It has a option to manually dump the water, let it drain as it works or the pump will pump the bucket when it fills up. All you need to do is attach the water hose that comes with the unit.

I started running this in our basement to address dust mite allergies. Within 48 hours I could feel the difference. The house smells fresher. Works like a champ. I love that I don’t have to attend to it at all. Our upstairs is about 1750 ft2 and downstairs a little smaller. Worth every penny!

First time buying Waykar dehumidifier. It works great! My wife has dust mite allergy, and I had to seek dehumidifier to lower the humidity, so to kill the dust mite. I live in Houston and generally it's very humid. In my home, with 1300 sqft, almost every 20 hours, the tank would collect 2.2 gallons water. The dehumidifier has a pump, so it will automatically pump out the water from the tank. It's very quiet. We have been using it for more than one month and no problem happens at all. Now the room humidity level is consistently between 30-40% which is the ideal setting for us. In the past, it was above 60%. We plan to buy another one for another space.

Dehumidifier hooked up in basement. Set up to run full time and I have noticed the damp smell that I used to have in the basement is no longer there. Set it up to self drain - working great. Had one question about set up and emailed Waykar and answered the next day after that everything has run smoothly. Been just over a month and so far I am vry pleased with this product.

We plugged in the Waykar 150 pint dehumidifier and let it fill the bucket first just to see how it worked. It filled it later that day so then we felt confident enough to hook it up to the hose that runs to the basement sump pump. Has been working perfectly since, not loud at all. Works as it should. Would definitely recommend this dehumidifier.

Love this dehumidifier, wirks great and keeps the humidity low. Used the pump while on vacation and it wirked perfectly.

After several disappointing purchases of other brands, this one exceeded all of our expectations. Unit has been running consistently for more than 3 weeks with no interruptions. Since this model has.a built in pump, we have never had to do anything other than confirm it.was still running.Maintaining a constant 45% humidity level.

I bought this after using a slightly smaller unit for 2 years without a pump. I have had this new Waykar running for a couple of months and it has been SO great to not have to empty it due to the pump feature (while my older model running in a different space has had to be emptied manually numerous times in the same amount of time). I would highly recommend!

We have owned no fewer than 1 dozen dehumidifiers through the years. By nature, they do not last more than a few years, but we have had the best luck with Waykar brand. This one has a new design to the pump. So far it is working flawlessly. A pump is a must for our spaces.

We purchased the Waykar 150 Pint Dehumidifier with Bucket & Pump for our music academy, and we could not be happier with it. The difference was noticeable very quickly — it completely removed the musty smell and damp feeling from the space and made the environment feel much cleaner and more comfortable overall. One of our biggest concerns was protecting our two grand pianos. Maintaining a controlled environment is extremely important for acoustic instruments, so having reliable humidity control gives us a lot more peace of mind knowing they’re being kept in better conditions. The pump function has also been excellent. The automatic draining means we don’t have to constantly think about emptying the water tank, which makes it very convenient for day-to-day use. Overall, this has exceeded our expectations. 10/10 product — I would absolutely buy it again and highly recommend it.

I have a large finished basement that was feeling and smelling damp. Once I plugged this dehumidifier in there was a tremendous improvement. Dampness gone and no longer had the basement smell. The unit is quieter than most dehumidifiers, and has a clean look. Shipping was fast. This was a winner!

We've had the Waykar 150-Pint Dehumidifier running in our basement for about two months now and it's been performing great! For a fraction of the cost of our old Fridgedaire one that broke after a year and a half, the performance is comparable and keeps our basement consistently dry, a huge relief heading into the more humid months. Setup was straightforward and The continuous drain pump works great-we just ran the hose to a floor drain and haven't had to manually empty a bucket once. The auto-defrost feature has also kicked in without any fuss, which is reassuring given how cool our basement can get. It runs quietly enough that it doesn't disrupt anything upstairs. One month in, no complaints. If you have a large basement and want a set-it-and-forget-it solution, this is it. Highly recommend.

The setup of this unit has been easier than any one I have ever used The pump makes it easy since you no longer have to empty the bin of water daily. It keeps your room dry and is quiet

The unit performs as promised and it's easy to use. I love the pump (tube to a sink) so I don't have to empty it.

Works as advertised. It’s only been a month so I can’t speak to durability.

Bought the unit back in November during a black friday sale. Worked fine the day I received it and threw it into storage until rainy season came back. After bringing it back upstairs, it started having issues. Sometimes it would run forever but the compressor would kick on, other times the humidity sensor would be off by 15%, causing the humidity in the house to rise past 50%. I contacted support and they walked me through some trouble shooting steps and after a few days it just completely failed and threw a P3 error. They offered to replace the unit free of charge so I'm currently waiting for that one to arrive. Unit was bad but support was helpful. I have had to return broken window acs and other dehumidifiers from big box stores before due to defects so hoping the new Waykar unit will function correctly.

Works great, I've had it for around 8 months been doing a good job keeping the humidity down in my house. Pump stopped working recently but support responded fast and is sending a replacement no hassle.
