I recently purchased the WD Black SN850 8TB SSD, and I couldn’t be happier with it. The installation into my PS5 Pro console was quick and straightforward it took only a few minutes and worked perfectly on the first try. The performance is outstanding: lightning-fast load times, smooth gameplay, and plenty of storage space for all my favorite games without worrying about running out. For anyone looking to expand their PS5 Pro storage, this SSD is an excellent choice. Highly recommended!

The price for the drive is steep. There's no denying that. That said, you'll bee good on storage for a long while. Given the size of games these days, this might be worth it.

I cannot begin to stress what a lifesaver this has been. Why Sony only gives you 1 terabyte from the start (base model Slim) I'll never know. I previously had a 1tb 850 by WD and its speed were fast, but not this fast. I noticed the speed difference when I transferred my memory off of the old device onto the console memory (1 terabyte, I had to delete a few items). My internet runs at about 4-500 mb/s and that transfer took about 15-20min. After transfering the new content on the 4tb ssd it only took around 10-15 min (around 12). This difference may not seem like much, but many people know the frustrations of waiting for a game to download prior to being played. For me, its like going from 3g cellular service to 5g. Highly recommend Wd, especially since its officially licensed (why take a risk damaging your 500 dollar console with an aftermarket one. Now on to BestBuy, I have purchased many items from them, and I have never had an issue. They stand by their products they sell, and always ship fast too (took 2 days to arrive). Please dont wait, take the plunge on this device knowing your buying from a trustworthy company, and never look back! Dont be held back when it comes to gaming!!!

You'll have all of the storage you'll ever need for your PS5 with this Incredible SSD! 8TB is an Exceptional amount of storage space to store all of your PS5 games on if you've got the money to spend on this Awesome drive. 4TB just did not seem like enough space for myself so I opted for the next size up in SSD and it is worth it. For those that play Call Of Duty, that game and it's add-ons are easily 250 GB+ in it's current form and that's already more than a fourth of a TB. I realize the latest Call Of Duty games are more an exception to the size of most games but better to have more space than not. Installing the drive is about a seven step process and the drive is super easy to install as well. This SSD also comes with it's own heat sink, which is necessary for an SSD and a Nice bonus. If you're looking for a new SSD for your PS5 with the maximum amount of storage space on the market currently, this is the one to get! Quality!

This is honestly the best product I have ever purchased. Being that we are a family of gamers this allows us to store hundreds of games for the whole family not only that it is also heat sinked truly worth every dollar I spent I think every one should get one of these

Easy to install, and provides a massive amount of space. I play a lot of games on console, and this made it easy to keep my games in one place for me to access without uninstalling and reinstalling games over and again.

Needed more space for my ps5. I had a 2tb ssd and it got full. 8tb should be enough to have big file games installed on my console

wow i can't believe the room on this. money well spent, i would buy this again hands down, every one should buy this for more room on the ps5, i have down loaded 60 games and still have over 5tb of space. i'm very happy with this product.
