Fantastic SSD. Works great and is super fast. Put your OS on it, and it's practically an instant start when you turn on your computer.

Absolutely love this NVME drive. the Price is absolutely great and performance is even better. i now have 2 of these in my system and they are rock solid. The speed in which everything loads and renders is awesome. Worth upgrading to NVME for sure.

I bought it before the price rise:) it makes more space for me to put my Minecraft mods.

It’s so much faster than anything SATA III. 2000 plus M/second. I have read other reviews that said that they should include a screw and standoff, but I already had one, or so I thought. I had some frustration searching for the screw and standoff that I thought I had, and then had to pay $6.00 plus wait for it to be delivered! Minus a star for that. I would have paid the cost if WD would have included it in the package 50 cents?), or at least gave the option.

Fast, Tiny, and naturally compatible. Special Note: Do not defrag! It will only shorten the lifespan. Be certain to download and install the Dashboard utility from WD website.

So far, everything seems to be going well. There was an instance where my PC randomly shut down (forgot the error), but it has not occurred since. Upon arrival, everything was well packaged. I was also not expecting a meal card for HelloFresh. Upon taking the item out of the box, it was much smaller than expected. The installation was fairly easy. I am using a separate Hard Drive for paging file in order to preserve the writes to this SSD. (You should do if you have a lot of RAM or a separate hard drive, in order to preserve your SSD writes)

It's a decent middle of the road ssd. For the price I am very pleased with the performance.

Fantastic speed and processing for the price. I bought this for my wife to replace a malfunctioning SATA hard drive on a 2017 Dell computer. She was amazed how much faster the hard drive is at opening applications and running Windows. The only application that wasn't much faster was Photoshop, but that was to be expected.

Faster Boot time, better performance overall, good value.

Up to know has worked fine. Has been using it as an external hard drive with an enclosure. Originally bought to replace SSD drive from laptop and still is the plan. Needs to figure out how to copy laptop drive to this and how to open laptop. It makes for a fast, compact external drive.

Picked this up on sale and it was a great value. Drive is pretty fast being NVMe and it is only triple layered vs the other budget drives that are quad layered. I still prefer single or dual for life of the drive, but for the price this is way better. :)

Great value for a 1TB nvme storage drive. I would definitely recommend. It looks like it's the same thing as the sandisk version except WD slapped their brand on it so you could probably get away with buying the Sandisk one if it's cheaper.

This solid state drive was very easy to install, although there wasn’t much installation help I was able to get help online. The product works well and the price was right, I’m vey satisfied with this product.

This is an amazing little drive, these SanDisk and WD chips are highly reliable. No DRAM but don't need it, also doesn't get hot like DRAM SSDs.

Very easy to install and to install windows. Has good speed to load programs for games . Price wasn't badf either.

This has been a solid NVME SSD, the price was good and combined with one of the Z590 boards you cant go wrong.

I upgraded a 1TB 5400rpm hdd with the 1TB WD Blue SN550 in a laptop that is less than one year old. It runs so much faster, I cannot believe it. If you're looking for a quick speed boost on a computer that supports M.2 hard-drives, this is definitely a worthy choice. Be prepared to find some alternative software for transferring your data, the stuff that comes with this drive is terrible. Otherwise, this was the best money I've ever spent on a computer upgrade.

Got it to use as a new boot drive, runs well and fast, haven't had any problems with it.
