It’s hooked up to a router for file share but no one can see it WD tells me it’s a Cisco issue Cisco telling me it WD issue. I hookup the old WD drive guess what everyone sees it. So I’m having Geek Squad take a look at it…lots of ventilation so far not noises but that’s because it’s plugged into the router at the moment that no one can access waiting to hear back from Cisco and WD for a conference call but waiting to see what the squad says to when they show up. It’s been an interesting puzzle. I want to recommend it but having hard time just incase some customers might want it to work right out of the box. For the size of 22 TB drive and it does not take up a lot room it’s great. Now on the other hand, setup has be an interesting journey so far.

Sometimes it seems to go into some type of self check cycle or something and makes quite some noise. Other than that, it is working fine. It is easy to install, just plug and play as it should be. It's nice to have so much storage now.

It is 22 tb but it is really 20 tb it a huge torage and works well and fast transtering files

Excellent drive, recommended for large scale backups and considering fact that is 22TB it is quite fast also.

Seems solid, but a bit slow due to aolder tech. Love having a lot of room to store decades of files. I upgrade drives every few years, original going from multiple 2tb drives to 4tb, then 8tb and so on. Down to 2 total drives, easy to get access to everything. So far the last 3-4 generations of these still work, giving me additional back ups.
