Great grill! Good sear zone Cooks steaks great However Best Buy service is horrible. They delivered two grillls damaged and the 3rd grill delivered the delivery guy was horrible snd abusive and even though I paid to have the grill put together he would not do it.He said it was Friday and it would take 2 hours. Best Buy customer service also horrible. You can’t get someone in this country to talk too.

We just received the unit and assembled it. To be honest we haven’t actually used it yet, so I don’t have much on operation yet. Assembly wasn’t too bad but best with two people. Fit and finish is really good. The cost is a little high, but is well made. We have a another Weber that is probably 16 years old that is still doing great. Bought this one because of options for griddle, searing, and etc.

The grill works good, the only complaint is the materials it is made of is kinda chintsy. the stainless is ok, but not that thick, the tubes underneath are exposed. the body is not that well built. My old Weber lasted 25 yrs. I'll be lucky to get 5 out of this one. very disappointed in the workmanship. Not like the old Weber. instead of cast iron or aluminum, thin stainless and plastic, Very Very disappointed in Weber this time. grill seems very delicate and it is supposed to be an outdoor grill!!

Love the look and the versatility of this grill. The sear zone is great and the storage is abundant.

Went to the store looking for a Grill. Had 3 sales people helping us one being a Store Manager for at least an hour as it was an open box item. No one mentioned that it ran on Natural gas and not propane and I sure wasn’t investing another $300-$500 to have a gas line run to it. Such a small grill we assumed it was propane.

Great BBQ. I have Total Tech so it was setup and delivered free of charge. Works perfectly. Has side burner which I never use but some people might find it useful for sauces and such.
