Arrived damaged.

The box was damaged and resealed prior to delivery. Opened the box and the machine had been repackaged also. Needless to say the food sealer was broken. Returned

Works awesome! I researched vacuum sealers before landing on this one. Reason for four stars is because I am having trouble finding canisters for the accessory port.

Sealer would not work on this. Sealed 2 bags and then could not get it to seal again. Contacted manufacturer and they said to try closing from left to right. Still would not work. Returned to Best Buy.

I am so extremely disappointed. This beast was highly rated by consumer reports it worked for about one year and then died.
